If you are interested in caring for a Pae'il or an Aion, please be sure to read through all of the posts and pay attention to the rules and how to go about ordering. Casual RP is also allowed here, so feel free to chat with owners and their charges! You may also RP your other pets here if you wish, but please try to focus on your Aion and/or Pae'il.
10 . 11 . 05 I apologize from the bottom of my heart for my sudden absence. When I left, it was because I basically broke down all over again. I could not handle things on my own. I am not hesitant to admit that I am being treated for depression and anxiety. Things are going better though, overall, and I'm finding it easier to get back in to the swing of things.
Let it be known that this shop is NOT dying and will never do so if I can help it! The Fifth Age will continue to thrive, despite my random hiatuses(sp?). I have been offered help and I am more than grateful to those willing to help me out. I think that's all that needs to be addressed. Expect growings, and I'll sort out the whole birthday mess soon.
09 . 11 . 05 October 3rd will mark the Pae'il's 1st birthday! We've been in business for nearly a year now! Isn't it exciting?! To celebrate, join the festivities here!
09 . 01 . 05 All owners that have not sent me the information for their pets, please refer to page 109 for the form to fill out. Mandatory!! If I don't receive a form, this'll let me know who's active and who isn't, which will make adoptions easier. Owners who don't send it will receive a warning, and if nothing is done, their pets will go up for adoption in an upcoming event.
08 . 26 . 05 Elder Quests have resumed! Owners of adults please check your journals. Remember, Quests take 3 days to complete!
08 . 25 . 05 Well, I forgot about all the problems that come with living in one of the older dorm buildings. The power goes out randomly, as does the internet and hot water. ><; So if I'm not online and theres no updates for a good day or longer, it's either because my internet died or I'm EXTREMELY busy with a paper or something. <3
08 . 22 . 05 Ok, so tomorrow (8/23) I'm moving back to college. For the next few days, my main concern will be settling in, getting books, and supplies, and basically making my dorm livable and getting what I need.
When I'm back full-time, I'm thinking of hiring a colorist or two.. I feel terrible that growings take so long and flatsales are few and far between. I have to admit, now that the shop is bigger, I think I need help.
07 . 07 . 05 I just wanted to make an announcement of sorts. I will be leaving for a family vacation for one week; 7/16 thru 7/23. I will be bringing my computer as I have an online class to keep up with, but I probably won't be on Gaia very much at all. I'll check up on things but I won't be posting any updates or do any growings for that time (unless of course I get really bored). Just so everyone knows. ^^
06 . 23 . 05 Ok, it's been almost three months since the last update, but Paeil is back in business! I'm almost finished with our first set of special auction Pae since our return, and I've got several ideas to put in motion for the future. Major things going on! Hope everyone enjoys the surprises.. and the new layout.
03 . 22 . 05 A note about growing periods has been posted at the bottom of the Stages post. For those of you who are wondering why your Pae'il hasn't grown, I suggest you read it.
03 . 21 . 05 Customs are available. I've been bribed by some people to do a few customs recently, so I felt it only fair to offer customs to the rest of the public. Prices are set high purposefully because I don't want a huge stream of custom Pae'il coming in. Faeries are considerably higher because they're supposed to be quite rare. If customs become too popular, prices will rise.

02 . 07 . 05 Male adult lineart is in and silhouettes are up! Time to start coloring.
Also, an important note to all owners of adult Pae'il. Quests are being put on hold. I probably should have announced this sooner, but I honestly didn't think of it until now. x.o; Anyway, my main priority right now is improving the overall shop. Thats why there's been a bunch of new items and lineart. Our community, as wonderful and fun as it is, is rather small. I'm doing my best, with a lot of help from Antidia and input from Alatariel, to improve the Pae'il and to attract people to expand our little group and make new friends. I want everyone who frequents this thread to be happy and to have fun, but I can't satisfy all of you as hard as I might try. Currently I am asking for everyone's patience as I add to and stablize the Pae'il. Antidia has just created for us a magnificent set of new adults, and I have more plans in the works which will put Questing and new Elders on hold for a while.. a month probably at the least. If theres any questions about this, feel free to post in the thread or PM me. Thank you for understanding!
02 . 06 . 05 The third auction went nicely! Congrats to the winner. ^^ The final Valentine's auction will begin on Thursday and last until Saturday. Also, we've got a new set of items; earrings! Now that our adults have ears, they can order from a variety of earrings, available in any color. Take a look at the Item Shop for more info.
02 . 03 . 05 Third VDay auction will start tonight.. sorry for the late notice but I wanted to get it up and running to give it a good bit of running time. Also we've had some growings around here; Beldaran and Polgara are the first featured with the new adult lineart! And I had to make new tags.. the old ones didn't really fit the new adults, so I'll be changing all the tags slowly but surely.
01 . 31 . 05 Ok.. well, the 2nd Valentine's auction didn't go so great, but it's over anyway. I think the last two will go for two days instead of one.
01 . 28 . 05 The 2nd Valentine's Auction is scheduled to start tomorrow afternoon, and will last for one day. Other than that, nothing special going on.. we're just waiting on some lineart and then I can work on some evolving there.
01 . 26 . 05 Two new backgrounds for your tags are available, as are new cert decorations! Hanging lanterns and kanji charms so far, with more of a variety on the way. Also planning a new layout.. Pae'il HQ needs some re-vamping.
01 . 24 . 05 We had another flatsale featuring Alatariel's eggs which went quite well. And our first Valentine's auction finished at 4.5k! Not too shabby. However, flatsale price has been upped, seeing as its pretty justified, and auctions will start at 3k now too.

Aaannd.. well, this weekend might be a bit hectic; I'm moving back to campus on Friday, and classes start on Monday. So I might not be around too much during the day ( I have to get books, supplies, stock up on food, etc. ). But I'll try my best!

01 . 18 . 05 Yaay, I'm back from London finally! I had a great time and a nice few days to rest before I decided to start working again on Pae'il. I've got some nice surprises planned, and there should be a flatsale or two within the next week. I hope new owners decide to stick around. >>; Anyway, I'm going to be pretty busy for a while working on new stuff. I only have about a week before school starts up again. Very excited!
12 . 30 . 04 I'm going to London for a 2 week theatre seminar offered by my college. I'm leaving on the 2nd of January and returning on the 16th. During that period of time, RP may of course continue in the main thread. However, if possible, I would like all RP-ing owners to please record any important events in their Pae'il's journals; 2 weeks worth of pages is just too much to shift through to catch up! And, of course, there will not be any auctions, flatsales, quests, etc. during those 2 weeks. I'll update again before I leave. ^-^;

12 . 17 . 04 Yaaaay! We have our first Elder around! Congratulations. ^-^ .. I'm finally home for winter break, though I'm leaving on January 2nd for an intersession seminar in London for two weeks. I'm working on quests ( they're difficult to come up with! ) and coloring, so I hope to have about 3 more Elders by the time I leave. We'll see how it goes and hope for the best. OH! Expect a flatsale and/or auction(s) in a few days. We need some new owners around here!

12 . 06 . 04 Kai, well I have finals coming up, which means I won't be around or able to do much during that time. I will however, try my best to work on a few things when I can.. like auction Pae'il and maybe some new species. Though nothing will be seen until on or after December 17th. Also, I'm gong to close breedings and item orders over the upcoming weekend, because I can't guarantee when they'll get done. Sorry about this, but my classes are rather important. ._.; Hakuna Matata though; I'll make it up to you guys. ^_~
12 . 01 . 04 I made new tags for the Pae'il. A change of pace, if you will. All active Pae'il have been/are still being switched over to the new tags, and the adults will be posted for Pick Up shortly. Hope everyone likes the new style. ^-^
11 . 22 . 04 Attention to all adult Pae'il owners! I will be removing all adult Pae'il from my server in 3 days. Please save them to your own server now! If you want to purchase items or change backgrounds, you may still do so; your Pae'il will be posted in the Pick Up area and you must save it yourself.
11 . 22 . 04 RULE #8! All owners READ it and ABIDE by it. I swear to you if some owners do not shape up attendance-wise, your Pae'il WILL be taken away. Warnings will be sent out tomorrow because this is really bothering me.
11 . 22 . 04 I made the flatsale eggs and I decided that they came out so damn pretty that I'd hold the flatsale a day early. So it's scheduled for Tuesday @ 5:30pm EST. Read the Sales post for more info.

11 . 21 . 04 Most of GEN 1 Pae'il are now adults. It's a shame a lot of those owners never stop by, because if they don't by the end of my Thanksgiving break, I will send out warnings to inactive owners stating that if they fail to stop by at least 3 times a week as required, then they will lose their Pae'il. Also, Antidia will be joining us as the resident Elder Pae'il Line Artist! Planning on how owners may go about applying for Elder stages is currently taking place. Oh, and a flatsale will be scheduled for sometime on Wednesday.

I accidentally didn't save the new bg templates in Photoshop, so I have to re-make them all. x_X Unfortunately I have two big midterms; one today and one tomorrow, so I don't think I'll be able to get to re-doing bgs until tomorrow night. Sorry about that. ._.;
