Now on to the cave:

Welcome to the Rhyka Cave, a dark, rocky place where bat-like creatures called "Rhyka" live. The creatures themselves are caught in constant turmoil between good and evil as an egg, and, once born, one alignment takes over and gives them a different form than the others. Good, Neutral, and Evil Rhyka all look different, but are the same species.

All Rhyka, no matter how evil, will always eventually grow to love and appreciate their owner, and will never harm them.

This is the map of the entire Rhyka territory, as seen like a Rhyka flying above it would see it. Blurry!

The Rhyka Cave is where Rhyka are born, sold to new owners, and live. It's like a giant Rhyka apartment building, except with politer neighbors.

The Rhyka Field is a very calm, breezy field with lots of berry bushes, and fruit trees for the Rhyka who love to eat them. For the meat-eating Rhyka, there are lots of rabbits, mice, birds, and chipmunks to prey upon at night.

Mt. Copper was the old home of the one and only Nightmare Rhyka. It is now an abandoned old copper mine underneath, and a snowy summit above.

The Sushi Stream is the Rhyka bath-house, so to speak. All Rhyka need to clean themselves once in a while, or get a drink. It's also a nice way to cool down in the summer, although Rhyka cannot swim. Be careful!

The Eel Pond is a stagnant breeding ground for mosquitoes and other such insects, the perfect meal for some Rhyka, who enjoy neither fruits nor small mammals.

1) Do you do pet trades?
Well, I'm not sure since there are two owners of this shop and then you have to add the colorist. Hmm....I(spooky) will think on this....
2) How many Rhyka can we own?
As many as you want. Just don't hog them all! Give others a chance to get them.
3) Can we PM you about the pets?
Only if it's an emergency. And whatever it is isn't answered here already. ~_~' Also, please PM all questions to Rhyka, the mule. One of us will check it and get back to you.
4) Is this roleplay-intensive?
Not at all! Spooky and Shoey just love to RP! You're more than welcome to join us if you wish though! wink There might be a reward for those who are active a lot though. ninja
5) Do we direct-link?
Yes, if you want to see your rhyka grow. biggrin If at the adult stge you would like to host it yourself, go ahead. Then give us a link for the owner's list. As long as our photobucket can handle the bandwidth you can direct-link once it becomes too big, we'll let you know.
6) Can I breed with yours, please!!!
If our rhyka have met, rped and fell in love yes. Please don't ask this otherwise.
7) Why are Spike and Ruby the alphas?
Well, they are the owner's rhykas and the oldest. This also prevents people form asking us to breed with other rhykas. As, Spike and Ruby are mates!
8 ) Can I change the color of my rhyka as a custom item?
No, there is no hair dye. The rhyka you buy is what you get!

Customs are now available for 7k each. Faeries will cost 10k each as we want them to be a little more rare. Please pm the colorist you would like to take the spot of. They can only do colors and patterns, no lineart edits. When the spots are full please wait for an opening! (1k goes to spookyx7 for certing and what not)

Rhy
These adorable critters accompany Rhyka on their tags. Each Rhy has a special species, and a personality. Buy whichever you feel would accent your Rhyka the best, although. All Rhy have three stages- Egg, Baby, and Adult, just like Rhyka except missing one stage. xp Each colorist will color one type of rhy only. So, they will be in stock when we have some colored. When buying a rhy please state which number, name for it, and what rhyka it goes with, then send the trade to rhyka (our mule account).

You may only have one Rhy for your Rhyka, so choose wisely.

Rhy can ONLY be bought for Rhyka Children and adults.

Kitsune Rhy Colored by Caffe Latte

These little tricksters are fox-like, but have slight manes down their backs. They are like the evil consciences sitting on a Rhyka's shoulder, telling them to do naughty things.

Avius Rhy Colored by Glace Leau
Avius Rhy are perky, offensive little birds as adults, but need a LOT of love when in chick form to grow up. Neglect will cause the maturation to take longer. Once an adult, these pesky birds will peck at anything--but are good at keeping insect levels lower.

Tanuki Rhy Colored by [Silver Wolf]

Ever wanted a raccoon for a pet? Well, these Rhy are close enough. They enjoy cuddling, pouncing, climbing, and riding on Rhykas' backs. They are polite, and usually mild in temper unless their tail is pulled. They leave nasty bites.

Sushi Rhy Colored by DevilishLittleAngel
No, these Rhy do not appreciate being eaten. xp They are usually boring as children, needing to constantly be kept in water--but once grown into adulthood, Sushi are tiny mermaids, and need a lot more care and responsibility than an animal. They especially love to be groomed, and pampered.

Nekofly Rhy colored by [Silver Wolf]

Nekoflies are the rarest (and most adorable in my humble opinion) of the Rhy. They need a ton of attention as a kitten to grow to adulthood, and once at that stage, desire more love and affection than any other Rhy, lest they get angry and run away from home.
Amount in "stock": 1
Cost: 300g

Status-Changing Potions:

- Growth Potion (300g) - Makes a Rhyka grow to the next stage immediately, unless it has already grown once that day. Then it takes affect the next day. Only one may be used a day. Does not work on Adults.
-Youth Potion (500g) - Makes an adult Rhyka shrink back to a Child. The new Child cannot breed. Only works on adults.
- Freeze Potion (50g) - Stops Rhyka from growing any older. Can be used on any stage, Child stage is recommended.
