Yes, the time has come to get rid of the ones I made and find some nice, professional banners that will look great!
For those interested, please make 1-3 sample banners using any of the headings or sub-headings from this page. If I like them, I wall pay you at least 5k for a complete set for this page and the RP thread (20 or so headings?) Pay is negotiable. Please post entries in the thread.
What I'm looking for:
I would like them to be mainly white background, in a black/grey/steel-blue colouring. You need not have all those colours, but that's the type I want. I want a bold font, in black, that shows mystery, but nothing too gothic or scary. Font suggestion: So far, Angelican and English & Deutch Gothic look nice. Something similar to them: found here

save the pet, then go to one of the following hosts. set up an account if you have to.... (some don't need you to create an account, so pick the one you like most) and upload the saved image. It will provide you with a url and you can use that url in your sig/journal/etc.

All can feel a tie, something inside them... a warning alarm set to trigger and freeze them solid if they desire to go against these laws. It is strict, and yet loving. The treaty is made for peace, and will only tolerate peace.
Behind that layer is a deep black pit, a howl that tears at your mind. It is anger. The demon, the rogue, whatever it was and whatever it had become, has upset this spirit, and yet, it was untouched by it. It gives you chills, fears threatening to swallow you. You try to cling to the vision of peace, to keep from drowning in these undertones.
The darkness was swept away, and the forest began to glow, at first only noticeable by the kits, whose senses were more attuned to such subtleties. Greenish glowing tendrils, dust motes and fireflies, seemed to ensnare everyone, wrapping around their legs like vines. When they touched, it was a shock, but it was warm and not hostile. The shock seemed to knock awareness of the forest into those that had not noticed it before.
The forest was living: more than the sum of its parts. Cujo was its guardian, and the Koivu were its keepers. But the hole the Koivu had left when they had fled was still there: a scar upon the forest. Most Koivu seeing this would feel sad, a few would feel angry. Either way, without Koivu in their forest, it was like cookies without chocolate chips: it worked, but it just wasn't right in some way.
The Damphousse were also tied in, but they were the border patrol, ranging the mountains and keeping the wildlife populations in check. They did little to the forest, but their ties to the Koivu were bright green. The glowing bonds of the leaders' ankles swelled, and a bright, thick chord began to snake its way toward its opposite member. As the two chords entwined, they could sense each other: the Koivu's naivet� versus the Damphousse's animosity.

I am sorry to inform you that the pet you purchased at my shop will be taken from you because you have not obliged the rules you agreed to upon its purchase. I know that you are on Gaia frequently, and yet you do not visit my shop as laid out in the rules. There is no excuse for that, and I am forced to take these measures after multiple warnings have already been sent.

 This is a CYO, so colour it yourself, and tag it however you want to give to friends! ...yes it's FREE for owners. If you don't own one PLEASE at least post saying you took it and and then post the coloured pic for us to look at. Donations are welcome, but please label trades to Nurse Trixie "for SS CYO". Shop in Gaia Maps?
I would like to talk to the Gaia Mapmaker(s), because the similarities between my breedables shop and the terrain in MMVII are strikingly similar. I don't hold a grudge, I just want to discuss it and see if what I have is true... or could be added into the map since it's pretty much already there (i.e. names, places like the monument etc). My shop's been around for two years, so it's not like I'm a noob out to get fame. I just think it would be sweet to ask and try.
So please help me get in touch with the mapmaker(s)!

EDIT: Some of you think I'm accusing them of stealing or using my shop map. I'm not at all! This IS NOT about copying ideas. I just want to talk to a map-maker, see if what my shop is matches with what Gaia is really like. To us that roleplay it at my shop, that is seriously cool to think about.
