This is for art of our koivu as celestials. It's mainly to get art, and hopefully we can hire someone to help us out with Celes art until 25 gets back. This Contest is for any and all Koivu! Once Riftwing has posted, you may post ONCE to reserve a spot for you to edit and post your descriptions in. Follow his lead, and ask him questions if you have any.

(Totally copied and pasted from something else, 'cause I'm lazy!) Quote: Devi as a Celestial. Where to start...Uh she wants to be a ninja when she grows up, so try to keep that in mind. (Both parts. The ninja theme, but also the fact that she's not quite good enough yet). More detailed appearance-wise, first off, her hair will be medium to long (maybe below her shoulder blades), and wavy (kind of like the hair my avatar has now), and of course will be the color of her mane, so mostly orange, but with yellow bits, too. Her scarf should be all crazy billowy (like the chuck norris scarf item on Gaia). Her top is a black tank top (think black hot top on Gaia) under a netted top (kind of like Shikamaru's from Naruto, but much more see-through). Up to you how long the sleeves on that thing are. Pants would be something like "goth pants", although I'm not sure if I want her to have all of the chains and danglies and things that cross in the back or not. (By "things that cross in the back" I mean something like that, except with strips of fabric, and in the back. I know they sell the pants I'm thinking about, because I have seen them!) Anyway, more pants ideas One, Two, Three, Four (except baggier), and I already lined to five up there. If you can even see her feet under the long and baggy pants, she'd either be barefoot, or wearing something black. Maybe like those crazy goth boots. Also around her waist is a belt, but kind of angled (do ask if I'm being confusing, because I can whip up a stick figure sketch if needed), off of which "ninja" type items would hang. Shuriken and kunai and whatever else you can think of. And probably a pouch or three, too. Oh! Please make sure you can see her demonic anklets (on her ankles), at least the winged part. If you can see the "bracelet" part, please make the little stones red, like in the Gaian item. Up to you how you do her winged anklets on her arms (if you want to include the bracelet part too, or just have them floating, or copy whatever 25 did with Saunter's anklets, or any other ideas you may have), but do put them in somehow, please. If you want to put her staff in for whatever reason, she'll probably end up being Charon, Pluto's moon. You can play around with that one, but try to make the staff roughly as tall as she is. Okay, I think that's it. But do ask if you have any questions! The outfit doesn't have to be exactly like what I said, but it does need to stick to the ninja/goth kind of style. And the scarf and anklets and bracelets and any other items she has that I might be forgetting need to stay. And if possible, she should look early-mid teens. So maybe 14-16ish.

I'll claim a post. What I'm thinking is that we kind of plan the thread... I can have the first few for intro, links, rules, etc. then each owner can have a post, and post their pet descriptions, celestial outfits, and what prizes they are going to give.
We should probably reserve the first 2 pages (30 posts).
And I'm thinking it runs 3 months. January through the end of March? We can give prizes of like 1k out like once a week... raffle those that entered already, just so people enter all the time and don't wait until the last minute.
I'll add more later.

EDITED: 12-23-08 Pet's Name: CuppycakeCelestial Body Desired: Please reserve Venus Description / image of what the Anthro form will look like:Cuppycake is a bouncy, upbeat, and perky Koivu. She is always smiling. She likes to pounce on others and play jokes on them as well. Even though she can at times be a brat, she is always willing to help others. Now what seems to contradict her personality is the fact that she can be surprisingly quiet. As for her looks: Her body fur is white and cream colored like the planet Venus. Her hair is a out there pink with a finger wave hair style. On top of her hair she has a little swirl of vanilla frosting with a cherry on top. Her ears have a cupcake yellow inside to them. Her face is cute and still semi-child-like. she has big, purple eyes that sparkle. Her body shape is curvaceous. She isn't a teeny, tiny Koivu. She's a little on the cutesy plump side in all the right places. Her tail is the same color as her body with the exception of the tip that is drizzled with a pink frosting-like fur. Her toes are the same cupcake yellow as the inside of her ears. Her clothes consist of a choker around her neck with a bright red cherry charm. Her top is a strapless top that is mostly the same bright pink as her hair with a touch of cupcake yellow on the sides. The bottom part of her outfit is a bright pink underwear type bottom with a sheer cupcake yellow skirt over top that drapes over her like light and fluffy frosting, and it sparkles like sugar. Around her upper arms and ankles she wears purple bracelets that look like cupcake holders. Her staff is also a scythe. The staff itself is a purple-ish grey with a cherry at the bottom end of it. The staff's head is a dark purple with curvatures that hold the Venus gem in place and cherries on the end of them. {Picture of Cuppycake's design will be posted soon} Artist Desired: Unsure {possibly Rift}

Also, while we're setting up, we need to decide what prizes overall to give. We have a 1.5 mil prize pool
it'll be at least 100k to best in show. maybe 500k.

best group should get 100k at least as well...

speaking of this, how would you like to give out the prize money? I put my ideas on the first page of the contest thread, but no values.
also, do you want to do a raffle every 2 weeks on all entries to try and get more in early?
