So let's start!
Let me first explain some rules and some things you need to know in here!
1. You must obey the ToS everywhere in Gaia, so that includes this guild too!
2. This is part of the ToS but some people don't know it, no flaming!
3. Do not curse and use bad words inside the University
4. Respect others especially your teachers. They put so much work in this just to help you learn.
5. Do your homework and other assignments you need to do in time!
6. Follow These Rules.
6. Students don't asnwer questions in this thread unless you have a permission

If you break the rules 3 times you will be banned from the guild for good!
If we don't see you in here for 2 weeks we will pm you and ask you if you are still interested. You will have a week to answer before we ban you. So you will have 3 weeks time.

How To Join A Class?
Let me explain to you how can you join a class. The first thing you need to do is go to the class (thread) and read it. Some teachers post how to join in their class so it's very important that you read the whole thing. Well here is what you do if the teacher hasn't posted any directions how to join. Go to the Join A Class Post in this thread it's the last post and read it. Remember to introduce yourself and to be polite and remember to say what class do you want to join. Then wait to the teacher respond. Do not send many messages because that will be considered as spamming. The teachers have a life too so give them time to reply. If there has been 5 days and the teacher hasn't responded check the absent list to see is the teacher taking time off. If you don't see him/her in there pm the vice captains for more information and help. If everything goes right you should be added in the students list soon after you announced that you want to join. After that you will wait until the class starts. During the class you must do your duties or you will be kicked out of the class!

Teachers Duties:
Listen up teachers, because our guild wasn't active lately we have more rules now. Many students were complaining about the teachers not starting the classes and being late. So this time you must do your best! If you aren't active for 2 weeks you will be pm'med and you will have a 1 week to answer before banning.
Here is the list of your duties as a teacher:
- Show up on classes
- Arrange everything needed and be prepared
- Help your students
- Be active
- Give homework check the homework and make the test
- Be Fair
- Do your best
If you are going to be gone for some time please pm a Vice Captain or Captain about it so he can add you to the Absent List. You should get the homework and material for that time your gone and give it to a vice captain so (s)he can post it. Remember to give everything needed to the vice captain.

Lord_Koolaid can't be really active because of her school jobs and she will probably be online only on weekends. So if she joins a class and doesen't show up in a while here is the explanation. She has real school and many assgiments!

Re-building We are rebuilding the guild so don't worry everything will be okay again as soon as we finish.
It's Free! Unlike before our guild is now free! The teachers will still get payed, but students won't have to pay to get to a class. The captain and vice captains are paying from their own pockets!
Info/Tutorial/NUE/Rules/ ready! Dedrivudd made a thread which contains much information about the guild! Still have to do a little job! It's not ready yet!

Help In Homework?
Some of you will need help with your homework so in this thread you can ask for help. The teachers will help you as soon as possible. Don't be embarrassed to ask for help. It's better to ask then never to know 3nodding As soon as you post it here I will pm it to the teacher and he will come to the thread.
To as help fill out this form and use green color and bold tech when submitting so that we recognize the question as homework question.
Let me clear something up:
Username - Your Gaia Name
Class - Name Of The Class/subject
Teacher of The Class - Name of the person who runs the thread
What Part Of Homework - Write here if there is a specific part in the homework where you need help!
Question - Write there if you have a Straight Question
How should we response - How will we let you know

- In The Class Thread?
Status - Don't write anything to that part I will fill it. The status means what have I done with the pm. Options Are:

This part is for teachers.
Let me explain to you how does this work.
When a student post a question about your class our Guild Accountant Will send you a private message. Don't response to that message! There should a link with the pm, click it and you will see the question. Read the question carefully and answer the student in the way (s)he asked to. It's simple as that!

Join a Class!
Now you have read all the thing you need to know so now you can request to join a Class! Before we had students post in the class thread to join but not anymore now we post it in this thread to keep the threads as clean as possible!
If you want to join a class you probably should look up for the following things:
Teachers Name
Class
After that you have to be 100 % sure that you are able to do your duties as a student and be active then you can request to join. In the request form use red and bold ed text so that we know that you are requesting to join a class.
Let me tell you again what does what part mean:
Username - Your Name On Gaia
Class - The name of the class that you want to join!
Teacher - The person who runs/teaches the class that you want to join!
Why Do you want to join - This is just to see your motivation. So write why do you want to join that class.
Why Should You Be Accepted - Write in here shortly why should you be accepted to join the class. You will probably get chosen but If we get too many requests we won't accept all people at the same time.
Status - Don't write anything in here. The teacher will fill that part and it will tell you the status of your request. You will also get a pm from the Guild Accountant About your request don't reply to him! No matter what your status will be you will be PMed.
Status will be one of these:
Accepted - You have been putted on the student list!
Denied - You didn't do it right or you didn't have good reason.
Delayed - There was not any room for that class anymore. You will start in the next group!
Joining Form Username: Class : Teacher: Why Do you Want to Join: Why Should you be accepted? Status: To Teachers:
Let me tell you how it works. After a student requests to join your class the Guild Mule will pm you with the information and the link to the request post. Go to the post and write in the status bar one of the options mentioned above. Then if you accept add the student to your class list. If you Deny or Delay the request pm me (Dedrivudd) about it and I will deal with it.
