classes, tests and results

The Lessons
Every week consists of 4 lessons in which we will discuss a theme. Each week we will have the same type of lessons:
- a lesson with vocabulary
- a lesson in which I teach you some grammar
- a lesson that could be about anything (like culture)
- one lesson in which we will practice the things we have studied during the previous lessons.

Classes will be on: monday, tuesday, wednesday and thursday.
I would like you to at least write two posts. One with the homework from the previous day, and one so I can see you have readed through the new lesson. If you can't be here, please PM me about that. If you continiously aren't showing up and you haven't send me a PM about it, you will be removed from this class.

The first theme's we will discuss are:

All about me
Week 1. Who am I
You will learn how to introduce yourself and tell something about yourself.
Week 2. How do I look
In this week you will learn to describe your own appearence and the looks of others.

Where do I live
Week 3. Your country
We will discuss the different countries, cities, farms, animals etc.
Week 4. My house
I will teach you all about the different rooms in a house

The Tests

I will sometimes put a test underneath the lesson. This is for you students to practice, it's not for a mark. The real test will be after two weeks, and you will receive it through PM. I chose to have a big test after two weeks because one theme will be finished by that time.

The tests will be send to you on friday, and I would like to have them on Saturday, so I give you 1,5 to 2 days for it. If I receive the test on Sunday, which is too late, you will get a 1 for your test. So I advice you: don't be late, unless you have a very good reason.

When you do a test I expect you to do it honest. This will mean that you don't look up the answers to get a good mark! I know that this is very easy when you learn something from the internet and aren't in an actual room with a teacher in front of you. If I suspect you cheat, you will be removed out of my class. I put a lot of time in this and if you are following this class, so should you.

Dutch is the language from Holland, German is the language of Germany. Some examples to show you the difference:

English - Dutch - German
I - Ik - Ich
you - jij - du
we - wij - wir
Bicycle - Fiets - Fahrrad
The Netherlands - Nederland - die Niederlande
Germany - Duitsland - Deutschland

And Cesia 101: thank's for joining!! I'll start when there are a few more students.
