Hello! I am not the greatest at introductions but I will give this a shot!
I found this guild posted by someone in the Hobbies & Crafts thread and figured I check it out. Recently, I started to indugled into crocheting. I've been watching Youtube videos and also been given tips by a avid crocheter in real life. However, I posted here because I would like to be part of the crochet community. I do not know many people in my inner circle that actually do this sort of crafting. Plus, I'd like to see what kind of ideas and designs people come up with.
Anyways, my name is Cant or Cat. Which ever you prefer. I'm a freelancer in various artistic areas, from web designing to photography. I picked up crocheting because I enjoy sewing and making things by hand. Also figured it is therapeutic since I get lost into the craft while watching television or getting ready for bed.
I hope I can meet new people who not only can give me tips but would also like to discuss crocheting in general. Thus, this is how I came upon this thread.

There are a lot of inspiring people and creations here in the guild. Take a look in the
Gallery subforum. That's where you can post your own thread and make your very own gallery where no one is allowed to post except for you. You can check out the little rules for posting a gallery in Frog Squash's example gallery.
There are some other fun places here in the guild. I run a gaming chat thread where you can keep up with everyone and also win some prizes. No need to chat and no limit on the amounts of bumps you make either. You can find that thread
here. Dana C Scott also runs games in that same thread and she has a lot of cool items to win too.
