FAQ
What are Totally Hooked Galleries?
A Totally Hooked Gallery is a place for you to open your own thread, showcasing you finished projects for everyone to see. Our goal is to provide a place to look through other member's finished works without scrolling through post after post to see their pictures.
How is this different from the Projects Forum?
In the projects forum, you can post about your crochet and knitting as you work on it. This includes posting about projects you're getting ready to start, WIP's and the finished product. In the Projects forum we encourage people to talk to each other about what they are working on.In the Galleries however, each user will have their own gallery where only they will post in their thread.
Can I post WIP's in my Gallery?
Totally Hooked Galleries are meant for FINISHED projects only, and information on those projects.
What should a Totally Hooked Gallery look like?
We have a sticky thread up for everyone to see of an example Gallery. Each gallery should have the same initial post (formats for this are provided). Each post afterwards should be for individual projects. This streamlines the thread and makes it easier to navigate.
What if I don't like how the Example Gallery looks?
We ask that each member follors the basic outline for galleries, but aside from that it's up to you! If you would like to make your gallery fancier or more simple that's up to you.
