The Hiroshi clan is perhaps one of the most influential households in all of the Seireitei. Being that the head of the family is well known and respected by many, when it comes to important matters in the Seireitei, the Hiroshi clan has in the past weighed in such affairs. A few members of the clan itself is also situated in Central 46, as seven members of the Hiroshi clan are currently in Central 46.
The Hiroshi Noble House is notoriously known for their skill in the art of kido, as they're able to learn kido spells in half the time of regular users. They're able to master higher level kido spells in comparision to others from a younger age, but because of this, fall behind with the other shinigami arts at first and requires them a lot more time to master the other arts.
