Who founded the clan?: Kenshin Hiroshi
How was the clan founded?: The Hiroshi Noble House was founded over a thousand years ago by the late Kenshin Hiroshi. He was a member of the original Gotei 13, as he was a well respected person for his skills in carpentry. Along with his brothers and sisters, they made a massive amount of money off of the building of the Seireitei, as they were hired to build the majority of the Seireitei due to their skill in carpentry and such. However, although the Hiroshi clan was known for their skill in carpentry, they also stood out for being masters at the strange art of kido, as they seemed to pick up on the art rather fast, and in fact, most of the family was well known in the Gotei 13 for being such skilled users of kido.
Eventually gaining entrance into the Gotei 13, Kenshin along with a few other members of his clan joined the Seireitei and each shined in the division, as they joined the Kido Corps and shined in the ranks, as many rose up to lieutenant, and Kenshin eventually became the Captain of the Fifth Division, as he continued to master kido spells and even created himself a few handy kido spells for the Hiroshi. A truly gifted man at kido, his time in the Gotei 13 as part of the original Gotei 13. He amassed a large amount of wealth in the family and eventually began to gain political power in the Seireitei, as two members of the clan were able to become judges in the fabled Central 46.
This growth only continued to explode, as the time came for Kenshin's death, an additional two more members of the family became members of Central 46, and their political influence was now unrivaled by the other clans. As the ages passed, the Hiroshi clan eventually attained Noble status from the marriage of a noble house with the head of the clan at the time, as nobility status was finally obtained for the clan. Eventually the other Noble house that married into the Hiroshi clan was dissolved into the Hiroshi clan, and the rest was history.
Advancing several centuries later, the Hiroshi Noble house is currently prospering under the leadership of legendary shinigami, Jousake Hiroshi. A total of eleven members of the Hiroshi House are now proud members of Central 46. Several members of the Hiroshi clan are also notorious shinigami such as Shu, Jousake, Elysia and several others. The Hiroshi carpentry shop still exists and the family business continues to thrive to this day, as they're well known for building incredible structures out of the finest materials, and have even extended their skill to masonry, steel makers and such.
Does your clan possess a special power of sorts?: The Hiroshi Noble House is notoriously known for their skill in the art of kido, as they're able to learn kido spells in half the time of regular users. They're able to master higher level kido spells in comparision to others from a younger age, but because of this, fall behind with the other shinigami arts at first and requires them a lot more time to master the other arts.

What is the House's influence in the Seireitei?: The Hiroshi clan is perhaps one of the most influential households in all of the Seireitei. Being that the head of the family is well known and respected by many, when it comes to important matters in the Seireitei, the Hiroshi clan has in the past weighed in such affairs. A few members of the clan itself is also situated in Central 46, as fourteen members of the Hiroshi clan are currently in Central 46.
