Kitsu-ne as a Manager and OLK/Photobucket keeper, and Cafe de la Vie also as a manager and OLK, used to be certist but my computer died and I lost photoshop. For both of these shops I did major work on the Owner's Lists. For Kitsu-ne, I did a complete overhaul of the PB, which was in shambles, and I also trawled through the Cafe PB to make sure the List was in order, and it's good that I did, because there were several broken links.
Are you willing to use the thread design we set up? Absolutely, it's a neat design.
Are you also willing to use Google Sites to update an owner list we set up? Absolutely, it's also super cool.

What experience do you have as an RP manager? None. I haven't been in RP required/strongly encouraged shops before.
Are you elitist about roleplay and writing?"Elitist" to me means someone who's a jerk about it. I'm never a jerk about anything, I would never demand at least three paragraphs per post or so many words. That doesn't mean I don't have some standards. I prefer good grammar (not your/you're mistakes, but awkward grammar that makes it hard to read through a post) and absolutely no text talk, but that is a given in most serious RP settings, which is what I believe this shop is going for with its Yao Long requirements.
Are you willing to work within the bounds of the metaplot and setting that the shopowners create? That's the most fun way! 8D
Please provide samples of your roleplay: In progress RP that I'm doing with friends, I have completely constructed this one and am trying to help lead my friends to learn the world, sort of like the "DM" minus dice. Good pet examples come from Kitsu-ne, also a strict RP setting like this shop. Eternal Winter is the longest, and Onee-san (completed) and its sequel My, How You've Grown!
