Personality: He is very out-going and flirtatious. Even though he flirts with women he doesn't actually 'love' them. He can also get shy when he wants to be. He is very energetic and is eager to get any mission done-even if it is a low-ranking mission.
Physical Description: He is shorter than the average male shinobi. He has light pink hair and green eyes. His common attire is a fish-net shirt that has short-sleeves, a green vest, dark-gray shorts, blue sandals, arm wraps on both arms, and a red head-band from his home country: Hidden Village in the Cloud (Kumogakure).
Abilities/Special Jutsu: Lightning Cage Technique [Denkou no Ori no Jutsu]

Bio: He was born to two shinobi who were always away on missions. One day, when he was three, he got word that both of his parents died on an S-Ranked mission. He was taken in by his aunt and uncle and was raised to become a shinobi (his parents had wanted him to be like them when he grew up). It was during this time that he found out that he was attracted to shinobi of the same gender. He fell in love with another boy who was the same as he was. They kept their relationship a secret, even after they became a team with a girl, who kept flirting with Arashi's lover. Both of them passed the Chuunin exams together but Arashi would be the only one to move onto being a Jounin while his lover remained a Chuunin. When he turned 19, he had snuck into his lover's apartment to surprise him but found his lover dead instead. A matter of moments later, a squad of ANBU surrounded the apartment complex and Arashi was forced to flee his home. He took shelter in the only place that he could get to fast enough-the Land of Fire (Konohagakure). He'd been there less than a day when he was forced to take shelter in an unknown boy's apartment-the local ANBU on the move to find him.

Sometime in April 2007:

OK, so what if I had fallen off of the map for several months? I can deal with it. Not sure what day it is or even how long it has been since I became rogue. All I need to know right now is how to control this jutsu that had been passed down to me from my father.

Like I would ever search for him. He wasn't even around when I was a baby. Mother was always the one taking care of me. I'm not even sure how I remember Father, but Mother shall be with me for all eternity.

Better go. I hear some Black OPs coming this way. Don't want to get caught near the border of the country. Better hide in the San Village until things die down.

April 28 2007:
Finally found myself a small calendar that I can use. It will come in handy for this little diary journal that I am writing. I need to start training again. i can feel my body slowly starting to weaken with each passing day. Worse of all, my special jutsu is starting to take control of my body whenever I get too tired. I need to gain control over it or else...I don't know. Maybe it might take over my body and I might go insane and distroy Konoha.

Don't wanna be like my father. There is no way I wanna be like him. Maybe mother, but definetely not father. I don't even know if they are still alive. Haven't seen them since I was a child. Maybe this is for the best for me to not see them ever again.

Better go. I hear someone approaching my tree.

Near the end of April 2007:
Saw mother the other day. It seems like she is doing better as a rogue shinobi than I am, though I didn't tell her that. I didn't want to get her worried about me. I wonder what father was doing while mother was with me. Probably training. I heard a rumor that he burned down most, if not all, of Konoha. He probably used the Hellfire Jutsu. I wonder what would have happened if I stayed in the village rather than left. Hell probably would have broken loose and I would have joined with my father and helped him destroy the village.

Sometime in May 2007:
Bumped into what seemed like another rogue Nin. She seemed good enough to trust. Knew my father well enough to know that I am his son. Now that bothered me slightly. I don't wanna see that girl again, yet at the same time I do. Bothersome shinobi. She did mention another rogue who stood up against my father while his jutsu was activated. Now that takes guts. Gonna go find him and see what he is like-maybe even train with him.

Still in May 2007:
Still have no idea what day it is, yet I am somewhere near Toshi's house, in a tree. Ran into one of Jine's precious ANBU, though this one didn't seem scared of me. In fact, she seemed thrilled to be finally meeting me. She even said that she would be watching my every move. How can she be doing that?

whatever, just as long as I keep three steps ahead of her, that's all that matters. Better go, I think I hear Toshi calling my name.

Sometime Beginning September 2009:
Kinda fell off the map for a few years. I feel bad for leaving my poor mother behind but my father also fell off the map and I needed to find him. I didn't find him so I am going to assume that he got killed by another rogue. Pity. I heard that the ANBU that was pursuing me got promoted to Hokage. I congratulate her for rising to that rank. Hopefully she will be too busy to come running after me. For now I need to keep in hiding.

September 6, 2009:
Today I finally graduated the academy. Finally! It seemed like the teachers finally had enough of my antics and decided to pass me, even though I got all of the exams correct. Stupid teachers. I bet loads of other students skipped class and still got to graduate and become Genin. I wonder what team I am going to be on. Hopefully with no one snobbish.
