The library is a various database detailing many "tutorial" threads, think of it like the bookshelf in many of the Harvest Moon games. Here you can find books explaining anything and everything you need to know about Mizuumi Valley. If you need serious Out Of Character information and nothing to do with Hearts, crops, or fishing, go here. There leads you to some tips and a rules about Roleplaying in general.

Try to read through what you can, I would start out with the Races to be honest since it's rather important to for character creation.

Adding Entries to Already Existing Books

If you wish to add chapters or entries to already existing books that have not been written by you then simply mail your entry ( aka PM this account ) with the new chapter. If it is accepted you will be paid handsomely for your superb addition.
