1 Season in Game is 1 Month to us outside of the game, but 4 months = one Year in the game? Understand? 1 Year for us = 3 years in the RP. So one month passes by for us, that means the season has ended and when 4 months go 1 year in Mizuumi Valley has gone by.
Private Threads are allowed and encouraged, just please mention somewhere in the title if it's open or meant for only specific people.
When leaving a public thread to another public thread - For example you are at a beach and you leave for the market place. - As a common courtesy after posting your 'leaving' actions, beneath the written post ( in the same forum post ) type:
[ Exit to ( where you are going and link the text This includes to other Private and Public threads. ) ]
This will make it easier to see where people have left at a glance to know that people are still there so no one has to read through each and every post to know who is there or not... And if you want people to follow you, they will know exactly where you have gone.
Date your RPs! It's very very simple! Somewhere on your post place the Season and the day!

It doesn't have to be exactly like that, but this helps keep track of WHEN your RP is taking place. This is meant so that anyone who is going to jump into the RP know what time of the month it is and it's also easier to help keep track of your character for their journal entries.
Festivals will have their own stickied RP Thread and will up for the entire season, and for the inside the RP the festival will only last that day, but for us outside of the game it'll give us time to have games and events and not have to worry about time constraints. Attending Festivals counts as a special event, which grants double Relationship Points!
