Kia's parents are a mystery as her first memory is waking up in a nest like collection of leaves deep within the forest. She recalled clambering to her feet, shaky and off balanced. The sunlight causing her to blink as her eyes adjusted, before steadily walking in a north-west direction.
Time past and the sun glistened off the dew drops giving her surroundings a calm, tranquil, serenity feeling. It was magnificent, she assumed this would now be her home, and this very thought gave her hope and filled her heart, she was in love with her environment. She just wanted to stay nestled into the trees forever.
As she continued walking she reached the end of the forest, her ears twitched, the wind felt different here, the air has the tangy smell of salt lingering within. She could see something moving in the distance, a wishy blue substance. She placed one paw out of forest, the grass was soft and soothing under foot. Feeling brave for a moment she took another step, and then another. Eventually she reached the edge of the 'blue substance' and placed her foot on it, she was expecting to be able to stand on it but was pleasantly surprised when her paw sank into the liquid, it was cool yet inviting.
To the left of her she heard a shocking sound, a splash of water. She watched as the ripples raced towards her. Her heart starting beating faster. The ripples got closer.
Closer.
And Closer.
In fear she turned around and ran as fast as her young paws would carry her. Back to the safety and tranquillity of the forest, her home. It would be a while before she ventured out of the forest again.

Detailed:
Kia is a very curious creature, as she woke up alone her first instinct was to explore her environment. She can sometimes be a little cowardly when things are new but when it comes to helping someone in need she can be the bravest fox alive.
She has a good sense of humour and most of the times watches what is happening around her in amusement. She has a positive view of life and seems to have quite a fascination with the water. Although she prefers the comfort of the forest, she can be seen watching the water as if waiting for the right time to try an approach it once more.

At this time Kia has no family, or mate.
She woke up alone in the forest, though she dreams of one day finding her true love and settling down.

Kia has not yet made any friends.

After exploring the forest for many hours Kia discovered a hidey-hole in an old tree. She likes to climb inside and just sit their watching the other creatures of the forest carry on with their lives. She also like sitting there when it rains as it makes a very pretty "tap tap" sound on bark of the tree.
Hopes:
Kia dreams of growing up to find a family of her own, she wants to be seen as an elegant and wise creature.
Her one ambition is to have babies one day.
Dreams:
Kia's most recurring dream is being lost in the water holding on to a a log for dear life before losing her grip and slipping under the water. This part always makes her heart race uncontrollably but soon enough the next part makes her even more curious about the water. For under the water is a completely different world. A world full of strange looking creatures, creatures that seem adapted to the water unlike herself. The dream usually ends with one of the creatures helping her back to the surface.
