This is the thread devoted to the publication of PTAG.

PTAG was a podcast developed for gaia as an alternative to G-Cast while it's host has no computer.

Once G-Cast returned, after discussions it was seen best that PTAG continue.

The show consits of 1-2 hours of Chat based on whatever is posted on our thread DURING the live recording, or any recent events on gaia. Guests may also sometimes be able to Ring in thier question.

How To Call In:


    * Download MIRC - www.sysreset.com Thanks to osiris we now have a tutorial for nifi.
    User Image
    * Open MIRC type: "/server jade.dal.net" , then type in "/join #PTAG"
    * DURING the broadcast make a question. If you WISH to be called leave your skype name. (BTW Download skype =3)
    * If your chosen you'll get a contact list request on skype, and a chat message, you will then be called.
    *If this is too complicated for you. Just click the following link to do it the easy way:

Where can I host a podcast of my own:

After much searching through the interweb, we found switch pod to be the bets place. Please note this is the best deal on the interenet for a "free" provider. If you want more your going to have to pay monay.

What Programs do you use:

Put it this way, I'm not getting into an IE/FF debate. The programs we use for the show are:
Skype: (Free)
Used for voice communication and the odd chat room.
Pamela: (30 Day trail)
Used to record the calls via skype.
MIRC/Sysreset: (Free. It claims to have a 30 day trial, but still works after)
Used for all Chat between hosts and fans.

How do I put it on my IPOD.

Go into itunes, then when adding the podcast goto advanced,
When in advanced, goto "Subscribe" and enter in our feed URL.
