Okay, staff is divided into different titles. Sometimes, a person can have more than one title. Titles in RED need to be filled. But read carefully, because you can't apply for just anything. And if there's no an application form for it, it's likely you can't apply

Goddess - Hey! That's

Co-Goddesses - There gets to be two (maybe three), and there could technically be a Co-God, but it was simpler to just say Godessesesesesss (or maybe they're Godeese?). You can't actually apply for these, as I will ask YOU to be one. These guys are basically like me, only... not me. Again, what they say is LAW or they'll attack you with other lighting ... things. My lightning's the coolest though...

Freebies God - He is the master-mind of all Freebies Operations. Freebie Staff report to him with any questions. Qualifications for this title are basically a lot of free time and responsibility. It's necessary they are able to deal with all sorts of people and problems that come along with handing out Freebies.
The Freebies God is chosen from the best of the candidates for Freebie Staff. You can not nominate yourself for this ... please don't try.
Screw that last bit of nonsense, I know there isn't anyone better than
Tatsudoshi for the job. He kicks a**, listen to his every word. Understood?

Freebies Staff - The major duty of the Freebies Staff is to accept submission forms of those who want to hand out Freebies. They will be debriefed and "trained" on what is an acceptable form, and they must have the charisma and charm to deal politely with those who do not fill the form out correctly. Freebies Staff are also expected to patrol the event thread and make sure that the Freebies are running smoothly. Because this is a very important job, I want three or four people AT LEAST on this. If I get enough eligable applicants, I will probably accept more.
Raffle Staff - When raffles are held (which will hopefully be twice a week) those entering will post in the thread the number of tickets they wanna buy, and then send the trade to my mule (kendarian). The thing is, people often don't buy tickets for themselves. So although I get the gold, I don't get the names of those who entered. So, the Raffle Staff will glean through the pages, and keep me updated on all the names and such for the master list of numbers. For this, I need people who are around, and dedicated. Attention to detail is necessary! Really only one or two people are needed for this job. And because it's relatively easy, someone can be Raffle Staff and hold another position.
Auction Staff - Auctions will be held once a week, and this is very much like the Raffle Staff, except Auction Staff are required to keep the updated High Bids posted throughout the pages. Why? Because it's often hard for me to update the front page with the current bids, and this can help cut down on the confusion. Auction Staff need to be very active, so they can keep up with the tides, and keep the information floating around. Like Raffle Staff, only one or two people are needed for this position and someone who holds is may also hold other positions.
General Staff - Because I'm not actually a Goddess. If I was, I'd have magical powers that would mean I could do anything and everything all at once and it would run flawlessly smooth. But, alas, I am not so lucky. So these guys run around having a grand time and help everyone else out. They answer questions, break up fights, and keep conversation going. For this job, I need people who are civil, nice, responsible and good people all around. This one is completely open to applications at the moment. And I have no clue how many I'm actually going to accept.
basic things i am looking for in all staff: i'm looking for people who are active gaians, and not newbies. yes, i will look at your profile for join date and post count. i'm looking for people who are polite, and articulate. I'm looking for those who are dedicated and know what they're doing. Staffing isn't for everyone, and even if you aren't staff you are always welcome at the event, and are free to help out the staff. Just never forget to be responsible for yourself, too.
