Flatsale Rules
    01 :: First come first serve
    02 :: Once you are a confirmed winner, send the trade to Pixel Pony Princess
    03 :: Proxies are permitted, you MAY proxy and participate for yourself, but they must be in separate posts
    04 :: Flats will be "open" until Midnight that night
    05 :: You are permitted TWO flatsale ponies through the entire event- at the very end a "Free For All" will be run for any remaining ponies
    06 :: You MUST have the forms filled out completely- if you are the first to post but your form was not, the pony will go to whomever next claims it
    07 :: Flats will start when I post "Go!" in big, red letters- QUOTE the post with your form
