        tab Hello! You can call me Evan or Ty, whichever tickles your fancy. I've been an avid role-player since I made my first GaiaOnline account in 2008.
        If I'm not role-playing I'm probably not online, but don't fret! I always come back. In fact, I'm certain role-playing is the only reason why I'm still
        here... Well, that and art. (Have you seen the artists on this site? ⊙ω⊙ They are amazing!)

        tab Anyway, one of my top favorite hobbies is writing and I hope to one day pursue a career with it. My other hobbies include drawing, crafts, video
        gaming, watching TV shows, and hanging out with my friends, family, and my partner. However, I have some mental illnesses that makes 'difficult'
        hobbies, such as writing and crafts, hard to find the motivation to do or keep doing.

        tab I live in Missouri, US. So my timezone is CST (-6 GMT). I work a full-time job and visit my family days I have off. So it's very likely to rarely see
        me online. At any point I become overwhelmed, I tend to disappear for a bit. There are also times I disappear just because I don't feel like getting
        on here. A motto I always go by is, "real life comes first," and I would greatly appreciate it if you could go by this too. That isn't to say I still won't try
        my best to reply at least once a week and visit gaia once in a great while. With that being said, I would greatly prefer it if we have an IM way of
        conversing (like discord). Last time I checked, gaia mobile sucked.

        tab Alright, I'll just throw it out there, if it's not in my don'ts, there's a good chance I'd probably do it so don't feel like you have to limit
        yourself to anything. Seriously get creative!User Image

        MY REQUIREMENTS:
          tab Must Haves. Limitations. Rules. Perks and quirks. Whatever you want to call them, we all have them. These are mine:

          User Image The obvious and probably most abundantly used one: please no god-modding, chat-speak (tlk lik dis), Mary Sue's or Gary Stu's ('perfect'
          tab characters), overpowered characters, or super short posts. (I prefer at least two paragraphs with three sentences each.)
          User Image More often than not, I write a a lot. If you'd like an example, you can see my Sample Thread. I am trying to wing myself out of the habit
          tab to a much smaller bit. It usually still ends up somewhere between two and fifteen paragraphs. lol (I wish I was joking.)
          User Image I haven't written anything in a long time besides some smutty fanfiction WIPs that might very well never be completed.
          User Image I adore literacy, maturity, interesting plots, and good grammar. I prefer quality over quantity. If you post little but it sounds good, perfect.
          tab I do not require much. Also if you have an issue with me or something in the role-play please tell me. The only way we can have harmony
          tab is through communication and I am more than willing to work through any problem.
          User Image Like I said before, I'd greatly appreciate if we had some sort of instant messaging way to talk, like discord, for plots or what have you. It's
          tab not an absolute necessity but it would make things a lot easier than just gaia's private messaging system.
          User Image Lastly, I'd like to mention I do not mind doing role-plays either on gaiaonline's forums or through personal email. However, I think I would
          tab prefer if we role-played through personal emails as it'd be easier for me to write anywhere, especially at work (where most of my role-play
          tab will probably take place). We can exchange emails in PMs if necessary.

        DON'TS:
          User Image Absolutely NOTHING romantic or sexual this especially includes: bestiality, rape, and underage (15 y/o or younger) pairings.
          User Image If role-playing as characters from a fandom, I do not like making non-trans characters transgender. If they're canonically transgender or
          tab original characters that are transgender, that's 1,000% fine.
          User Image When role-playing ages, the youngest I'll role-play as is a 14 year old.User Image

        DO'S:
          User Image Play as any gender. Typically, I enjoy playing the male role.
          User Image Genderbending as long as it's a transformation by magic, science, or other source rather than just 'being' or 'born' as the opposite gender.
          User Image Fandoms, rather be universe, characters, and/or crossovers.
          User Image Multiple characters. I wouldn't advise any more than two though to any one role-play... for myself, at least.
          User Image Anime, illustrated, realistic, or written characters are all a-okay with me.
          User Image Pretty much anything! Seriously, try me!User Image
