tab Maple Ridge Institute isn't your average school, there's an exceptionally amount of secrets than what their front put on for the world to see. For one, no one that came here just stumbled across this place on purpose. Why? Because they were placed here. These teens have been in and out of trouble for more reasons than one. Not only are these kids trouble makers but they also all have secrets. They have powers and usually are out of their control. Therefore they are sent here by the government instead of jail or any other correctional center so that they can carry on their education while being lead and disciplined in the right direction. They promised the young teens to help them and advance in their gifts. However, what the teens don't know is that not only are they helped but they are also being studied with strict supervision so the government can once and for all attempt to understand the supernatural.

001. Follow Gaia ToS and Guidelines.

002. No real life pictures. Anime or illustrated only please.

003. Don't choose a power(s) or race(s) that are overpowering.

004. Don't use characters directly out of a show, movie, game, etc. Faceclaims are fine. (e.g. Ichigo Kurosaki's face is fine to use as long as you're not playing as him.)

005. All characters must be within typical high school age. (13-19)

006. Please write at least two paragraphs (3-4 sentences each or 300 words) with proper grammar. No (-) or (*) for actions. I'm not asking for perfection, just effort.

007. Please send all applications to me, Evanescent Shadow, titled "Maple Ridge Registry".

008. Once I accept you, you have 72 hours (3 days) to make an introduction post.

009. Don't use blinding colors on your posts (e.g. yellow, cyan, etc. on white). Please have at least an image and name of your character on your post layout.

010. I'm pretty lenient about posting because I'm certain most of us have lives outside of gaia. I ask for a post at least every 3-5 days.

011. While romance and violence are encouraged, keep things PG-13 or take it elsewhere.

012. We have an OOC thread, so please use it and be fairly active in it.

013. No god-modding unless otherwise authorized by the owner of the character and me.

014. If you're going to be absent for awhile, please mention so to me in a pm or in the OCC chat.
