2. Don't ask for the offspring of my Pokemon. If they aren't coming to me and the other trainer? They'll be given to friends who deserve them and perhaps to folks who've been around the shop for ages and haven't gotten a Pokemon by other means.

Personality: Psych's nature is described as serious, when really, she is more than serious. She's a brutal fighter, and no one's seen her outside of battle yet, so she can't really vouch for how she is outside of battle. Only Adona knows, and she only knows a little, since she'd just gotten the houndour recently.
Psych can't stand losing, especially to male Pokemon. She has a prideful streak a mile wide, and the fact that she's already lost one battle to a male Houndour burns at her, making her want victory all the more savagely. Poor thing.
