Develope the subforums a little more. Organize the student's rooms layout, make a recreation/chatter area, make the training halls and classroms, and of course have the battle arena.

I'd suggest having place for people to post pictures of swords. That way everyone could show what swords they like most.

Oh when the battle system comes out give us ways to beat the monsters that give people harder times. Im sure there will be one that everyone hates witha passion.

ooh monsters? Once I get a feel for how people fight in this guild, I can make all kinds of EVIL monsters. I have fun making monsters of varying difficulties.

Hm... I think I may have posted my ideas in the wrong area.
Well, here they are.
Profiles, should be organized with a single sticky denoting the profile setup as mandated by the Guild's cohesive agreement, or at least the moderators and Administrators. Once this is decided upon it should be mandated that all members new and old fill at least one out so as to be able to role play. They would post these profiles up in the sticky and await approval.
Once approved these profiles could be copied from the sticky page of their approval, and posted in each member's own thread for example.
Name: Jun
Age: 19
Appearance: Avi
((A very poor example, but say that was the mandate.))
Now, if my profile was acceptable I could post that in a thread I created labeled:
Sarjota Jun's Character(s)
This way profiles are neat, orderly and no one has to profile like a hundred pages to find one person's profile, plus if any edits are made of significance they can always copy the current, or now edited material from their page and resubmit it for application.

I disagree with the idea of having a thread to post pictures of swords.
If you're in a swordsmanship guild, chances are you know at least a little about a sword.
If a user has a specific sword they want to show off, then they can submit a character who uses that style of sword and put it in their profile as an image, this keeps things orderly without getting too far out of hand with regulations.
There can however; be an art forum, used for all kinds of art, where pictures of swords, anime, characters, and the like could be posted. Commission requests could also be plased here. Pretty much a forum for all things art.

I have no talent for the art, so that kills me out of the process. But, if we have Monsters we have something to do. But rather than create individual Monsters, why not create classes and different species of Monsters, certain attributes would follow different types of Monsters and then we can legibly say what kind of monster we've defeated. Monsters could be NPCed by any one including the person fighting them. Though some system would have to be worked out to avoid power moding.

I PMed the Guild Master a couple days ago, and I still haven't gotten a response, granted, this is the busy season, but according to my mailbox he has yet to even receive it.
