Cobalt, as the shortened name for A Spell of Cobalt is, is a high-quality water nymph shop. The chibi-like artwork are fully-colored elven cuties by our wonderful artists. There are generally 4 stages: raindrop, baby, child, and adult. But in rare cases, the nymph can grow once more into an all-powerful, elegant stage, a Lord or Lady of the waters.
As the backstory goes, Mia - a young girl at the time - discovered old records of her town in her attic. Through them, she learned how to summon water nymphs from the rain. Now she offers this service to water nymphs to everyone.
