R I P Albus Dumbledore Our beloved Headmaster,
A mentor to everyone,
A friend to all [ Note ] This rp is set in 2050 so none of us actually knew Dumbledore; however this thread is outside of normal gameplay. You must RP while you are in here, but it is also acceptable to RP as if you knew Dumbledore. Just remember that anything said or done in here does not affect the rest of the storyline. Here lies Albus Dumbledore, one of the greatest wizards of all time,
In a marble white tomb by the side of the solemn lake.
Please make a speech, or pray, or drop a purple thyme.
But please, in dear respect, do not insult, or flame, or curse for his sake.
Headmaster Meardin Alyeth Meardin runs to the tomb, falls to her knees at the foot, and sobs dramatically. "WHY WHY WHY?!?!?!?!?" She tries to wipe her tears with one hand, and with the other pounds on the tomb, continuing to sob. Finally, she stops, stands up, and whispers softly to his corpse inside. "Goodbye Albus. I wish you could come back but.....maybe theres a reason why that traitor killed you.....oh Albus, you will always be missed..... and you will always be the best headmaster this school has ever seen.....trust me....im not as good as you.....and i probably never will be...goodbye my friend....my teacher.....my hope...."

Shinwa walked solemnly towards the glazen tomb.
Even the earthen birds do not sing on this dreary morning.
The ground soaked in morning rain, the tears of the saddened skies.
She didn't know the headmaster well, yet it felt as if he was someone dear to her.
If only they knew each other well, maybe she would have understood his death better.
Gripping the bouquet of summer flowers in her hand, she wiped her cheeks.
Then, she carefully place the white fauna atop the marble slab.
Clapping her hands together in traditional japanese custom, she prayed.
As the silent winds whisked her robe, she muttered good wishes under her breath.
Finally done, she backed away from the tomb, and with one last look, walked away.

Holding a bouquet of pink and white flowers, Shizuka walked up to the white tomb and carefully placed it on the top, tears flowing down her pale face. "You're always here with us..." she whispered and went back to where her seat was.

Professor Howls-Willow walks up to the grave. No emotion in his face except a look of wonder. He reads the stone. With that one moment his Knees buckle making him fall on the ground. His face in his hands he stays there for hours. Wiping away one last tear he walks away, using the potion he brought just in case. The potion provided him with comforting and good thoughts. To block out the image of The professor falling, and falling, and falling.

Drake walked over to the tomb with a depressed look on his face. He had been such a good professor, his mother had informed him.
Drake placed a small, white flower on the tomb and walks away quietly.

Leina made her way towards the tomb, her cloak hiding her eyes. In her hand she held a bouquet of white roses. She placed them gently attop the tomb, next to all the other flowers which adorned it. A single tear slipped down her cheek as she thought of all the great things she had heard Dumbledore had done. She rubbed away the tear and quietly made her way back into Hogwarts.

The short form of the new Astronomy professor stumbles and carefully trots to the glowing sepulchre. In her hands resides a jumbled bundle of color, even as a bouquet of Lilacs is tucked in one crooked elbow. As she reaches the ivory edifice a smile spreads acrossed her face even as tears stream down her face to stain her glasses. She carefully caresses the smooth white marble of his tomb, following the patterns of silver and grey. Although sad, she remains with a cheerful and calm countenance. "Albus Dumbledore, the greatest Headmaster there ever was. Just as you are not gone you will not be forgotten. Even now you're probably up there," one hand moves to vaguelly motion to the heavens, the sun setting in the Eastern sky to become a smoldering halo of red, "scheming and twinkling, like you used to, you wily old coot. And I'm not going to be sad--you wouldn't want that. Life's too short to be sad. As you always used to say...something, something, oddment, tweak...or something like that. Goodbye, friend, and good luck on your next big adventure." A quick turn later she has left. Two bundles are left in her wake, glittering in the last light of the day. The lilacs, and several colorful pairs of socks, mismatched and decorated with a variety of star constelations and cloud forms.

Che approached the tomb clutching a rather large feather. He placed it in front of the tomb and stepped back. He put his hands in his pockets and stared at it. "...betrayal..." He backed away slowly. "...a horrible fate...for the heart..." He gave Dumbledore his usual bow. He said, as he bowed... "'My Captain*'...I wish you a good eternity..."
((*Took it from the poem "Oh Captain, My Captain")) [[HH: i think ive read that poem...cant remember much....just sounds familiar...hm...]]

Rayn clinched his fists at the site of the tomb. It had all happened so fast. His grandfather, killed by a pupil. Rayn glared at the tomb. Severus never got what he deserved. Even death didn't suit him. Rayn punched the wall. In truth Dumbledoor wasn't really his grandfather. But the oldman had been around in his first year, and he had protected Rayn's mother as much as any other student. Anybody who'd been at school at that time would have agreed. And for nothing. Rayn knelt down by the grave, as a tear streaked down his face. Harry killed Voldemort, just like you wanted. Just like you said he would. And for what, so Malfoy could take his place. Malfoy who had all but killed you. Rayn's tears burned his face. The very thought of Malfoy reminded him of the pain in his arm, the curse that befell him. Rayn turned and looked out over the school grounds. He clinched his right fist shut and for a second his eyes seemed to be on fire. Then Rayn calmly dropped his arms by his side and walked out of the tomb.
