It's a game someone made. The plotline goes as follows: Olivier is mad at Ed. Help her out by hiting him. Don't hit Olivier though, or you're in trouble. Get 4000 points to advance to the next round. The game is in Spanish, but it's pretty self explanitory. Just click "Jugar" to play.

These probably aren't the same games but I just found some:

Fullmetal Alchemist: Quest for the Philosopher's Stone
Basically, you play as Ed or Al and you jump around (space bar) and collect circle thingies. (darrrrrnnn no fighting) Oh yeah it's easy to fall too (for me anyways)

Fullmetal Alchemist: Flameout
Here you play as Roy Mustang. You click around to burrrrrnnnn oncoming chimeras. You get bonus by burning multiple foes at once, and can burn them all at once by burning all of the little circles on the edges of the transmutation circle you're standing on, so that you can activate it.
