I didn't know about "Renewal of Evangelion" thing but I was aware of the Platinum collection.

People are complaing about Bosch being cast Lelouch because he's "overused". But honestly, I don't see the problem.



He seems like he'll do pretty good job as Lelouch.







And this time, Adult Swim has no right to complain if Geass fails on their lineup. Their fault for putting it on waaaay too late so not many people



can access it.



I'd have to settle for the dvds then if I want to rewatch the whole thing again. :<



But I'm at least going to watch episode 1 when it premiers.

I saw the first five episodes of Lucky Star. It was okay, but I didn't like it enough to continue with it. :C



Maybe I'll pick it up again if I ever see the dvds on sale or something.



I do like the artstyle and it's kinda fun to make icons of it.







Well, it would also suck, if they decided to use dubtitles instead of actual subs.



Also, I would hate if Bandai Visual (different company, not the ones who got Geass) , were the ones who liscensed szs.



Their marketing and packaging is terrible. Seriously, $40 for 3 episodes and not even a dub track or much extras. :<







Well, I'm kinda bored so I may end up watching 7 and perhaps 8 tonight. One of my goals is to finish Gurren Lagann before break ends.

No need to worry spoiling Evangelion for me, despite not seeing it in it's entirety, I've seen the final episode and enough of it to know.



Yeah, Shinji was horribly depressed and thinking he's better off dead, but after much thought, I guess, he finally decided that he does want to live.







Reminds me of a secret I once saw on F!S. Someone said Eva made them horribly depressed and hopeless. And then watching GL gave hope, and the will to live again.



And then they said, Gainax ******** with their head too much.







I wouldn't be surprised if she was cast as yet another red-head, if Gainax comes up with another hit. xD







I can't help myself, I'm a total spoiler whore. I love knowing what's going to happen before I see/read it.

Well, with Evangelion's popularity, I don't think it should take that long for the remakes to get liscensed.



Have you heard/scene the official dub trailer for Geass? Not bad actually.

But I hate Adult Swim for choosing to air at 1:30 AM.

Are they trying to kill me and make my sleeping habits worse? D:



Hmmm, you'll never know. I remember people saying the same about Lucky Star but then

szs doesn't have the popularity that ls did. And because of the current state of the industry, I don't think any of them

want to take risks right now, so they'd rather find another Naruto or FMA.

But if the company did get ahold of szs, they should include translator notes as an extra.

And I'm pretty sure a dub would just get rid off the Eastern references and replace them with Western ones.

Which would make the fandom would then "Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaage".

Still the manga at least would be nice. :<



I just finished ep. 6 of GL, and I'm scared to watch 8 because a certain character dying and I don't want to cry buckets

and leave tear stains on the keyboard. T__T

GL is the opposite of Evangelion.

Evangelion was serious, angsty, depressing and makes you rethink and question everything. Hell, it made some people

go insane and cause them to lose the will to live.

Whereas Gurren Lagann is more postive, silly and actually gave people the will to live again. <span style="text-decoration:line-through;">And according to F!S turned some people gay. </span>

I read the spoilers at the Geass comm, and they got me hyped up.

But wait, who exactly got shot at the end then? =o

We should convince all the Freefall members to sign up and then form a club for us.

It's a good way for all of us to once again get back together and talk like we used to.

Yeah, watching it online's a good way to determine whether you'll like it.

It's why I plan on buying Code Geass, and Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, if it ever gets liscensed, that is.

I would buy the rest of Rozen Maiden and Higurashi if it weren't for Geneon stopping with their releases. User Image



I'll agree with you on Gurren Lagann. I've just finished episode 5. Pretty entertaining, I do like the character's personalities

and the animation style. But it's not the best thing since sliced bread. I'll continue with it tho, because I am enjoying it and if I end up LOVING it,

I'll buy the boxed set when ADV puts it out.

And yeah, Kamina's love. I just love stupid characters like him. XD



And zomg, April's next month. I think Code Geass R2 will be the first series, I'll follow every week as it released on Japanese TV.

Kaguya was cute and really does need moar screentime.



I was going to submit a Rozen maiden secret because I wanted to see moar for it there but I was at loss for words and couldn't think of any secrets

for that fandom because everything's out in the open. D=
