Yeah, Trends. Don't you feel like asking that sometimes? I hate trends.
Like the Emo fad in at my school. Its apparently hot for a guy to write EMO all over his binder and wear tight-a** black jeans from Claires.
For girls, you need to have your boobs hanging out 24/7, so when you bend down guys can see your 2 inch thick padded bra >.> Or look like a guy with boobs. They don't care, they just want boobs. A girl also needs to dye her hair black or highlight it so it totally has that "wtf did a racoon nestle in your hair and die" look.
And EVERYBODY is in a rock band. EVERYBODY. They all think they're gonna hit it big and sell CD's lol
So, discuss: Trends Trends you once followed Trends you started People "copying" another person

I can't listen to that much Wagner.. Trends kinda like...suck. I followed the PUNK trend when I was like, 12-13. I was sooo stupid. I wore those rubber spikey earrings and rubber bracelets. I was also mad fat, so I looked even more like a loser.
In my school, there's this emo kid who's at least 7 feet tall. I come up to his fcking elbow. It's the scariest thing I even seen. gonk
I don't really follow trends now. I wear jeans, and sweatshirts and long sleeve shirts. And now I know how to make mah fat look decent instead of NOT. xd
..I start getting the urge to conquer Poland.

Remember the short jacket trend last year? (at my school anyway) Yeah, I love those things. I have about 2o different kinds of jeans ones. 3nodding But they're not in style anymore, so I never get to wear 'em, except around the house. ;_; But I love trends. They're very cute in my opinion, since I dress preppy. ;3 Except those skinny jeans. My god, fugliest things ever. And I hate those sailor shoes. x)

Kaze doesn't follow trends. She sets her own. 8D
A trend a few years ago was to dye/bleach your hair blonde, but now they're dying it my hair color, chocolate/very dark brown. Either way, they never get the color right (it has a purple/red tint), and if they do, it still looks terrible. Dyed-black hair is just ew. Especially on white folk.
Yuck, I hate it when I see boobs sagging and falling out of the shirt, and I especially hate how sheer and tight the clothes are. And I assure you, 90% of the girls who wear clothing like that do not have a great body. We don't want to be seeing all those folds of fat. gonk There IS a line between form-fitting and skin-tight.

Rekki is currently in the G-LOL trend.
No she isn't wearing big fluffy dresses in the public.
But sophisicated jewelary.
Which makes me feel oh so pretty. 4laugh
Rekki is also in the otaku trend.
Wearing anything anime related.
What's cool?
No one is flowing my trends. biggrin

Eh, I'm not much for trends. At my school, everyone is into name brands and Heelies. I happen to hate both, so tend to just wear what I like and follow my own style. <3 Tight clothing = teh torture to both the people wearing it and the people around them. gonk Even though I'm not considered "fat", I would never wear tight clothes because it's so uncomfortable.

{SONATA} -->Meh, if I like a trend, I'll follow it, but if I don't, I set my own or go against the grain.
At my school, I think I've mentioned this before, but I am probably the only girl who doesn't own anything from Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister, or American Eagle Outfitters. Well, I'm pretty frugal in mostly everything save for books, and I'm just simply not interested. Besides, I like to design my own clothes. And buy prom editions of teen magazines so I could draw all the beautiful dresses...
Tight clothing is...yeah, I agree with Starr...tortue to the model and the audience. Certain thoughts are prayers. There are moments when, whatever the attitude of the body may be, the soul is on its knees.

Some trends are cool, it just annoys me to no end when it was something I liked originally, and someone makes a "So, you jumped on the bandwagon too, huh?" comment >.> Like Converse. My schools mostly out of that trend, but when it was in it pissed me off. Almost everyone had my shoes at school mad
I'm into Decora and do my make-up kinda Ganguro-ish.
Decora= Bright colors (usually) and a OMGWTF amount of acessories and layering. Think hello kitty and strawberries. Like so. Ganguro= Beach girl. Really tan, white make up.LOL.
I like G-loli, but theres no way I can go out like that xd I hate ichy-scratchy things and long slevees. I just like Decora more.
>.> My Mom barely lets me go Decora, I have to sneak out armbands and stuff in my purse xd I also have to do all my white eyeshadow in the mall bathroom.

I never do trends. All I ever wear are nice-fitted jeans with a T-shirt and jacket. Nothing fancy.

Trends: I go with the ones I like. Trends you once followed: The Beanie Baby thing in elementary school. Trends you started: Wearing skirts over jeans. I swear I started that one. At least in my school. Also, the Yaoi Edo/Roy inside joke. Have I told you guys that one? People "copying" another person: Taking ideas on trends are OK, but trying to be just like someone else is weird. BE YOURSELF. That is the key.
