BECOMING A PARTNER
This is already a fairly large role play, and running it is a stressful job that eats away at my free time. I am neither complaining nor asking for sympathy. However, I am asking for help! I have already mentioned that I am looking for a partner to help me run this role play. The first person I offered the position to declined, and now I am forced to find new candidates. I would be happy to have any of the role play members as my partner, but there are certain requirements that must be taken into account.
REQUIREMENTS
In order to be considered as a candidate, you must agree to the following:
~ You are a responsible individual who will not let petty differences get in the way of acting as a moderator.
~ You are an honest individual who can be trusted to run the guild finances.
~ You are willing to be active in this guild on a higher level than the normal member.
~ You are creative and willing to help with the plot of this role play.
Understand that, as a partner, you will be expected to help with the plot, updates, events, etc. Everything I can do, you can do. You will be given the password to the mod's mule account, which is listed as the Vice-Captain, and with it, you will wield the same power over the guild as myself, the Captain. Together, we will decide role play events, contests, and plot twists.
If you are interested in this position and feel you could do an awesome job as a partner, send me a PM telling me why you are interested in being my partner, how you think you can help to improve things, and anything else you feel is necessary. I will be considering many factors. Just because you sent me a PM does not mean I will automatically pick you. I will not rush this decision.
