Day 1 Evening/Night
Jeanne Rivers walked up to the front desk. "Umm... I'd like to rent a cabin for the week... if there are any open, I mean." she didn't like asking questions to other people much, but if she wanted to do senior week, she'd have to get the cabin herself.

Peter sat at the front desk, smacking on a wad of gum and flipping through an issue of Elery Queen mystery magazine when the young lady approached the front desk. He looked up at her and gave her a warm smile. He then spit his gum into a nearby trashcan and extended a hand to the young woman.
"Hello there miss!" the middle aged man greeted in a pleasant manner. "What kind of cabin may I get you? We have singles, couples, familes, and deluxes? Which one will you be in need of?"

Glacus and Augusta walked in past the amazing sculpture out front, after fighting over who the poets were they stopped at the front desk. Augusta spoke first, “Can we have a Deluxe Family suite, family of four”. She nodded to Glacus who got out his wallet and said, “Oh we have to wait the man is helping her first.” Augusta got embarrassed and said “okay”

Seeing the other customers come in, Peter decided to take care of them since the young lady was contemplating her options for the moment. "I'll go ahead and take care of you two. Deluxe Cabin is $325 a week."
Peter took the money from the young man and pulled out a registration book, opening it up. He pointed at a blank line on the page and said, "Please sign here and put the time of check in next to your name. You'll have Cabin #13. I'll go ahead and get your key for you."
Peter waltzed over to the rack on the wall and grabbed a key. He then walked back over to the main desk and set it down on the counter. "There you go. Enjoy your stay!"

Glacus signed his name as Augusta took the key, almost instantly his mother and father came in with the Suitcases on a trolley.
“Thank you sir”, Glacus said picking up a map, “Cabin 13, whoo scary I wonder if something unlucky will happen?”
His family laughed, and started walking towards the cabin following the map.

Minna walked as quickly as she could, her low-heeled shoes clicking on the tile of the lobby. She was late for work yet again because the photographer had gone into extra frames.
She slid behind the main desk, running her hand through her hair.
~God, don't let Peter notice..~

Appearing from the back parlor room of the main office, Peter strolled over to the late as usual night clerk, Minna Knight, and patted her on the shoulder. He then spoke aloud, "You know, you're lucky I'm such an accomodating boss as I am and understand the hassle of a photo shoot..."
He just smirked at her and grabbed his things up as he added, "Anyway, you know the drill as per usual. I'm going home for the night. Call if you there is any trouble. Have a good night."
With that, Peter made his way out of the main office and to his car, driving off soon after.

She smiled at Peter as she watched him leave for the night. Lifting her leather purse to her lap, she rapidly sorted through the contents and pulled out a sudoku puzzle book and a pen. Flipping to a new puzzle she began to scrawl the numbers into the blank squares, mummbeling all the while.
"So a nine goes here..."

Day 1Evening/Night------------------------ [Continuation of Previous RP]Start of RP: The Hollowed Fountain"Well," Christopher began as they entered the main office, "I guess so. It's worth a shot to check it out." As Chris reached the front desk, he still had his attention focused on Glacus. So when he began to speak, he did not notice the young woman who was behind the counter. "Excuse me, I have a reservation. Christopher Dunche..." Christopher finally set his gaze upon the night clerk. His eyes went wide as he looked at her. She had gorgeous tan skin, long and vibrant brown/black hair, and she just looked like a very sweet person. Chris was frozen in place for a moment, admiring her, until he snapped out of his daze. Clearing his throat, he spoke again with nervousness present in his voice, "...Do you have my cabin ready for me...?"

Minna was jerked out of her sudoku induced trance to look at the man.
"Umm, let me see.....Christopher...Christopher...ah, here we go.", she mummered as she thumbed through the reservation book. In one fluid movement she stood and straightened the polo shirt she was wearing. Quickly she went to get the key to his room, and handed it to him.
"There you go, it's Cabin 1. Hope you enjoy your stay.", she replied blushing a little as she looked him over. A small smile flashed across her face as she carefully looked him over.

Glacus came up behind Chris and saw him and the Clerk’s eyes lock. ‘This is going to be a long vacation’ he thought ‘He’s been here 5 minutes and he is already transfixed.’ Glacus flashed his cabin key for the lady behind the desk and walked towards the elevator. “Cabin one? That’s pretty far from me I’m # 13 a deluxe, It’s huge!”

Christopher rolled his eyes and turned back to Glacus, shooting back at him, "Yeah, but you're with your family. I'm travelling solo, so all I need is a single for the time being."
Realizing the way that last statement came out, Chris wanted to smack himself. He had just indirectly flirted with and hinted to the lady behind the desk about this martial status. He began to blush himself now, turning back to the woman but not looking her right in the eye. Christopher just knew he was going to get teased about this later on. When she brought him the key, Christopher said, "Thank you... uhm... what was your name by chance?"
Now he really wanted to give himself a self-inflicted shiner. Chris was making a total fool of himself. It was confusing him as well considering he hardly ever acted like this. What was so special about this girl that he couldn't help but be attracted?
