No. I don't want a Cloud or Sephiroth so suddenly. There are only certain canon characters I want, (listed below) to flesh out their personality...Please don't ask me to be someone that isn't listed as 'WANTED'.
WANTED CHARACTERS?!?!?!
For advanced literates only. I can only stand so much as a character being butchered by an unworthy recipient. An attention whoring Sephiroth burning three villages in a row is quite disgusting. Characters listed in the Face Guide as 'WANTED' can be applied for. Anyone that isn't 'WANTED' can still be applied for...but only if you meet my standards of playing that character. Remember to give me the character's name and a post sample for that character.

New Recruits who wish to join the Peace Preservation (ie; any combat or gun-toting related postition) must progress through the standard (yet admittedly complicated) ranking ladder, beginning their enlistment as an e1 rated Law Enforcement Military Policeman.
New Recruits who wish to join in a civilian capacity (ie; any noncombat related postition) must fill out a seperate application. See next Question.

HTF DO I USE MATERIA?!?!?!?!
You may use a materia to summon magical elements of the lifestream to protect you or hurt your targets. Magic is a full round of action and you can not use magic during a physical attack. Magic also draws from your lifestream count, so please be careful when using it. Try not to expend your materia TOO much. If you wish to specialize in materia, please make an interest in doing so. TURK and SOLDIER are specifically looking for developed materia users.
HTF DO I USE A LIMIT BREAK?!?!?!
Limit Breaks are exactly as they're entitled: When your limits have been broken. When your limit is shattered (an emotional drive; near death situation; rage/adrenaline) this is an attack that may make or break your existence. You come up with your own special move, but I will tell you when you have achieved the necessary requirements for the break and when it is necessary. LIMITs are fancy. The 35th likes fancy things.
DEFENSE OR REACTIONS?!?!?!
Defense is only half the post of an action round. Defense consists of dodging or blocking a certain attack if possible. The defense description should be just as much or significant as the attack being reacted to. A simple
'he blocks'
Just won't cut it. If a person give you a paragraph of attacks, react to every single one of them in ample description.
ATTACKING?!?!?!?!
Attacking is usually the end of a full round of action. You may initiate a defensive maneuver first before attacking. Note that you have to have nothing obstructing the chance or way of your attack before you actually initialize it. Not everyone is a SOLDIER ranked person. Only SOLDIER can jump twenty feet into the air, run on walls infinitely, dodge bullets and slash through giant things. As MPs, please make sure to use teamwork and communicate with each other to understand and comply with each other's actions.
