Civilian Description ▼ Eyes -- Almond-shaped ELECTRIC BLUE that have a particularly soft, gentle quality to them. Hair -- SOFT PINK, straight hair that falls to the nape of his neck, with windswept bangs pushed out of his face. He will occasionally wear it up in a hair claw. Face -- Heart-shaped face that is as average as the rest of him. Angled brows and round lips typically set in a relaxed expression. Skin Tone -- PALE PEACH Body Type -- Thaddeus is average in most ways. He's a pretty standard 5'8" and is neither particularly slender nor notably heavy. Only works out in the capacity of gently tossing a wiffle ball, so he has no defined musculature. Clothes -- Dresses neatly and properly for work in a nice button-up, tie, dark slacks, and polished shoes. Or he dresses comfortably at home, which usually just involves sweatpants and a tee shirt. Does not go out of his way to be fashionable, but he does have a young daughter who sometimes exercises great sway over his clothing choice.

Volunteer Little League Coach -- Micah was never fond of sports. He never liked to play them, he never liked to watch them, and he never really knew the rules. Then he became a dad, and he and his then-husband agreed that they wanted to introduce their child to as many experiences as possible. Meaning Micah had to broaden his own horizons if he wanted to be able to introduce anyone to anything. Determined to explore topics he didn’t really care for, he volunteered to coach his kiddo’s Little League Teeball team and had to learn the rules and how to play and how to teach it to children. Admittedly, he still isn’t fond of the baseball aspect of it. Sports are still not really his thing. But he likes teaching, and he enjoys being part of activities he can do with his kid. He’s good at socializing with the parents and giving encouragement to the kids. And it helps that they only have one practice and one game a week, so it’s not a huge, unbearable time sink. He still prefers just gently lobbing a large ball to his child and cheering whether the ball gets hit or not.
Movies -- To be honest, Micah’s favorite leisure activity is just sitting down and watching a movie. All his dates were to the movie theater. He loves pretty much every movie theater food that exists: popcorn, nachos, pretzel, icee, big boxes of candy- no one said he was healthy. He likes good movies, bad movies. Comedies, romance, post-apocalyptic, westerns, cartoons, and pretty much everything else. Even though he loves the theater, he is just as content to sit at home under a blanket, snuggling on his couch with the tv on, alone or with a friend. Micah is, however, no fun to watch movies with. He can’t help but get excited for an interesting part of something he’s seen before, resulting in lots of squeals and arm flapping, and can’t contain the spoilers.
Violin -- Micah has been playing the violin for as long as he can remember. His mother played. His grandmother played. It has always been something they shared as a family, and it is a tradition he plans on continuing. He’s definitely quite adept at it at this point, but he’s no composer and doesn’t practice with the goal of “excelling.” He keeps to his comfort zone while playing. He is a little bit shy and typically only plays around people he is close to, which is all the better because he prefers it as a quiet, “winding down” experience, something slow and peaceful that helps him and his family relax.
Virtues ▼
Compassionate -- Micah is a sweet, polite man who has a tendency to approach even strangers if he sees them struggling. He believes the world is in a delicate balance, and when people are distraught, it upsets that balance, triggering a domino effect that results in many people being distraught. It is better to spend a few minutes to show sympathy and help someone feel better than to blatantly ignore any disruptions. This extends a bit to any unpleasantness he spots. He’ll pick up litter if he passes it on the street or will wipe off messes on fast-food tables instead of looking for one that is already cleaner. It only takes a moment, and it just makes the atmosphere that much nicer.
Resolute -- There are a handful of things Micah will not budge on. For most things, his opinions can be pushed aside and he is fine just allowing others to say whatever they're feeling without input or judgement from him, but when something is important, he will fight for it. He is not wishy-washy. Once Micah makes a decision, he is committed to seeing it through, and he can be obstinately committed to something he feels needs him and his support.
Shrewd -- Micah is astute. His profession typically involves watching, listening, and inferring from shreds of information presented to him, and he needs to be able to make those connections and decisions in order to perform accurately. He is at least quiet about anything he's piecing together. It doesn't seem like his place to go chattering about what he thinks about you, or to go trying to divulge anyone's mental state without them being interested in that. But he is always watching, listening and thinking.
Tolerant -- Above all else, Micah doesn't want to make a fuss. So he can be very patient and forgiving toward belligerent people, screaming toddlers, or nagging exes. There's not really much to be achieved by getting caught up in confrontation. It will just make everyone more upset, and no one leaves happy. He tends to be the peacemaker of any group, but it can sometimes result in an argument 'ending' without actually being resolved, since he would rather just endure it than confront it.
Flaws ▼
Absentminded -- While Micah is listening and watching, he can kind of get a sort of glassy look in his eye, and his mind starts following trails of thought elsewhere, about other things. He’s not meaning to be rude, and he’s not trying to ignore anyone, but being in a state of always thinking just leads to him getting lost in thoughts at seemingly random intervals. Sometimes it’s serious. Sometimes it’s not. Sometimes it’s worth sharing, sometimes he keeps it to himself. It just happens that it can make him seem distracted. He’s very good at being sure to be attentive at work, but when he’s not, it can feel like he’s somewhere else.
Impulsive -- Sometimes Micah sees something that he thinks will just make him or someone else feel good, and of course he wants to be able to do just that. He’s not a heavy spender usually, but if there’s a nice snack in the window of a bakery he walks past, or if he suddenly thinks it’s a good idea to stop at the park on the way home with his kid (without letting anyone else know...), he doesn’t usually see an issue with that. He would be content to take a road trip without warning or maybe sporadically cancel plans with a group of friends if he doesn’t feel like going anymore. He just wants to do what he feels like doing or what seems like a good idea at the time. He’s usually trying to please others. It just doesn’t always work out that way.
Doormat -- There are only a very few things that Micah is passionate about, but for everything else, he is perfectly fine to let someone else take the lead. He may have an opinion on a subject, and that opinion may disagree with whoever he is talking to, but he's only going to argue and work for something if it means something to him personally. Everything else, whether he agrees or not, is just not worth the fight. He’ll get up to do chores for his family and won’t complain when no one helps him. He’ll take on unfavorable tasks without complaint. He just doesn’t want things to be difficult.
Impulsive -- Sometimes Micah sees something that he thinks will just make him or someone else feel good, and of course he wants to be able to do just that. Insecure -- Micah tries pretty hard to not be troublesome. He doesn’t want to argue with anyone and relents to opposition pretty easily. All this because he doesn’t think he really needs to give anyone any additional reason to dislike him. If someone were to ask him what about himself made him so insecure, he wouldn’t even have an answer. He doesn’t think he’s stupid, ugly, mean, or boring. He just doesn’t feel all the way... adequate, and since he can barely explain or define it, he certainly doesn’t know of a solution for it besides just “trying harder.”

Motivations ▼
Before Nobleite was even in the Negaverse, he did not want to be in the Negaverse. His first indication that something was amiss came from one of his patients several months before Nobleite's corruption. He tried to be open-minded while doing his job, but the agent (in civilian guise) he was counseling started to divulge more and more information that seemed at first shady, but eventually became outright incriminating.
Nobleite was corrupted for knowing as much as he did. It was apparent very early that he did not really have the stomach for most Negaverse work, but since special operatives agents are required to check up with a therapist, he still had his uses outside of outright combat.
His husband and child were threatened to keep him obedient, eventually leading to Micah divorcing Elias and surrendering primary custody of their child to his now ex-husband. He does not want his family involved in this. He does not want them hurt, and the Negaverse has too much information on him. Despite the distance he has tried to put between himself and the ones he loves, he isn't convinced it's enough, and he will do absolutely anything to ensure they aren't hurt.
Whatever it takes.
He is still not an ideal agent, but he is reasonably reliable with his quotas, and with his minimal training, he can at least keep senshi and knights distracted for other agents to perform more damaging attacks and strike devastating blows. Nobleite very occasionally has to be reminded what's being held over him, as he is not innately interested in hurting others and would prefer peace over war.
