● ◯ Sunken Stone Lake ◯ ●

Named for the act that took place generations before when a girl and a woodsman sank the enormous body of a wolf with stones (see The Village of Red Wolf for details), this lake has a questionable depth. The shallow ends are crystal clear and you can see all the way down, but the deeper it goes, the darker it gets and the less visibility there is. In the center of the lake, where it is said the wolfs body resides, the depth is impossible to tell as it is too dark, and no one dares to go out so far, in fear that the wolf will rise up from the depths and eat them as well. The shores of the lake are peaceful and beautiful with lush greenery and even flowers that bloom in the spring and summer.
