Oɴᴄᴇ Uᴘᴏɴ A Tɪᴍᴇ: • I was a happier kid then I am today. My father flew here from Japan where he met my mother Hanna. I was born in the summer, and almost within my 2nd year of life I showed early signs of my mutation.
My parents obviously concerned went to good lengths to keep my secret and things were good till the wrong man found me wandering too far from my mother’s hands in a local mall. It could happen to anyone. I disappeared like many unfortunate children in this world, but my story did not end as quickly as it should have.
The stress of the experience made me manifest my powers in such a way my captor found it more lucrative to keep me. For the next few years I spent my days in his “care” making things that kept him in a comfortable life style. I was smart and learned to make good things quickly. I was moved from Sacramento to Los Angeles.
I was 5 years old when my secondary mutation kicked in and I realized I was smarter then I should be. I put out my first cry for help in subtle abnormalities in the products he sold. Eventually I knew the right people would find out and come looking for me. And they did. Humans would you believe it? Not everyone hates mutants and they came for me. I was rescued from the cellar of Halp Jewelers and for the past few months have been living in this nice ladies home.
The man who kidnapped me disappeared with the help of connections he made from the money her earned off of me. Sophie is the woman who looks after me. Once I can walk again she’ll be seeing who would be best to handle me from then on. Like I said, I was a happier kid then, but that doesn't mean I’m not grateful now. I’m happy I got out. We’ll see how things unfold from there shall we?!
Uɴᴅᴇʀ Tʜɪs Mᴀsᴋ: • -of a child’s smile is a very intelligent mind. Tsui is gifted by chance and mutation. It’s his saving grace for his sanity that he’s aware that things are always transient in life and this is a good coping mechanism for him using logic to categorize himself and his issues. He can be a tad over apologetic and hypersensitive. He’s still shell shocked from suddenly coming out of the darkness into the light; it’s amplified his appreciation for the things he has. He accepts his fate as a mutant solemnly and has reservations for reconnecting to his family because the nature of his powers. Tsui’s inquisitive and curious so he enjoys spending his recuperation time learning. Give him a good book, put him outside on the grass and you have a happy camper, but be warned. Take away his shallow child-like exterior and you have a mind that is mature and knows the world is just as terrifying as it is beautiful.

Wʜᴀᴛ Mᴀᴋᴇs Mᴇ Sᴘᴇᴄɪᴀʟ: • Blue. Tsui has unusually bright blue eyes, the intensity tint can be an indicator to how much energy is at his disposal for use of his powers. His blue hair is an obvious sign his not normal but it’s concealable with dye. There is a discoloration on the palms of his hands and soles of his feet which he will times cover with soft gauze bindings. Because of tenderness he prefers to walk barefoot. He is also very undersized for his biological age.
Wʜᴀᴛ Mᴀᴋᴇs Mᴇ Dɪғғᴇʀᴇɴᴛ: •
Terraforming/Transformation and Kinesis, Aka the “Midas Touch.” : Tsui has the power to transform any solid object he comes skin to skin contact with excluding water, air, fire and flesh. The generators in his hands and feet can transform the particles of mater into a new format with semblance to basic mineral constructs. Basically he can turn stuff into stone. Any kind of stone, for each kind of formula has a feel to it for him. The energy coursing through him and the newly changed material gives him power over it like a kinetic until the charge dies. This happens when he doesn’t try to change or influence it for a good hour. Once the charge dies it’s just regular rock left in the form he made it. Tsui’s ability to transform however is limited by his stamina, for the mean time until he can generate stronger currents of energy he can only terraform enough matter equivalent to fill a small room. Once he’s reached his threshold his skin will bruise and get sore. When he uses them aggressively Tsui with often bind his hands and feet for padding.

Heightened intelligence: This was the catalyst for Tsui’s supposed premature awakening as a mutant. While subtle at first, Tsui was a very intelligent child. As a future kenetic over things he would later transform, the stronger his brain power became, the more his powers matured. Once regular gifted intelligence reached its peak, his secondary mutation activated and increased his mental maturity and awareness and that cascaded into his transformation power. The ‘Will’ to transform was the key. This doesn’t mean Tsui is rid of all the traits attributed to a normal child, he is naïve in some aspects, idealistic, and this tempers his mind enough to still not quite work toe to toe with more seasoned brainy types. Also when under enough stress he can revert to a more childish mood swings.
