Gɪʀʟ, Lᴏᴏᴋ Aᴛ Tʜᴀᴛ Bᴏᴅʏ: • What can be said about Logan without having to repeat myself as Logan is in top physical condition with layers and layers of muscle not only from the exercise he does but the strain the metal on his bones does. Logan is ripped, well built and proportioned like an Olympic athlete as he is very much a hand to hand combat kind of guy as he has mastered virtually every fighting style on Earth. He's broad shouldered and thickly layered shoulder muscles though most of his body is layered thick in muscle it is shown very much in his upper body probably as he is more likely to punch, or impale, than kick someone though he is not above doing so just don't kick him where it counts. Smart people don't try and trifle with a guy built like Logan unless they have a death wish which a lot of people in the past have had one apparently.

Oɴᴄᴇ Uᴘᴏɴ A Tɪᴍᴇ: • Born the second son of wealthy landowners, John and Elizabeth Howlett in Alberta, Canada in the 1880s. James was a frail boy of poor health, surprising I know right, and was often neglected by his mother as after the death of his older brother she seemed to be falling apart to put it lightly. Due to his health he was restricted majorly to the estate grounds with his two playmates Rose, and Dog who was the son of the groundkeeper Thomas Logan. Though Logan does not remember much about his past he knows that much about himself besides that he killed his true father and ran away to begin living within a mining community with Rose though after sometime something occurred that he really can't remember and he began living in the woods with a pack of wolves.
Logan possesses memories of being a Samurai in Japan, a mercenary operative for the Central Intelligence Agency, and a "wild man" in the Canadian wilderness. Due to extensive memory implants given to Logan through the Weapon X program, any or all of these memories are suspect. Logan has at least one memory of meeting Captain America (Steve Rogers) in World War II while he was in the Canadian Army which has been verified as true. Sometime after World War II, Logan was taken by a group of scientists led by Dr. Cornelius as part of the Weapon X program. Cornelius was hired to perfect and use a technique that would bond the indestructible element adamantium to human bone cells. Logan's skeleton was bonded to the adamantium, and he was indoctrinated into the Weapon X assassin program. Of the things that Logan remembers is that of meeting Rouge after she had ran away from home because of her powers manifesting it was during this time he was just spending his time fighting in cage fights. They began to travel together before they were both attacked then saved by the X-men, as he later found they were called.
He stayed with them and helped them fight for the unity between humans and mutants though at a time he went to figure out his past which he found little at first but over time Logan discovered pieces of his history. After the death of Professor Xavier as well as the destruction of the school he and the other remaining X-men tried to continue on though without much luck. Frustrated with the lack of luck he left the other X-men and decided to go to his cabin just outside of Vail to cool off which while there Rouge came to check on him it was around this time. Logan had wandered out into the wilderness, somewhere that feels very much at home even in the dead of winter, and was startled to hear screaming as he went closer to investigate he caught the scent of someone he believed was very much dead. He follows it to a mansion thing and after nearly breaking down the door then a very tense moment Logan and Rouge were reunited with their old mentor. Xavier's appearance befuddled Wolverine but without much doubt he firmly believed that the young man before him was the professor as his nose had never lied to him before why start now.
After a pleasant chat they left all together to go reunite with the remaining X-men and rebuild the school, which figuring out where to put it was to say the least interesting, though now the task to fill it still seemed daunting. Over the rebuild process and even afterwards Logan formed a bond with Seth often having late night meals and long talks. Sometime within the last year, the young boy had tried to kill himself while blocking himself in his room which for the twin of Seth was impossible to open Logan having smelled blood came to ram the door open quite forcibly as the door fell hinges and all. Nearly shattering the door in the process Logan quickly crossed the room and pulling off his belt to use to put pressure to hold the blood flow off for a time while keeping Seth's arm above his head to help more before carrying him out of his room and taking him to someone to heal the wound. Though Logan worries about Seth he keeps a subtle eye on the boy though they still have a good relationship and share late night meals as well as another mutant that had recently left them whom Logan misses lightly though he'd never admit that.
Uɴᴅᴇʀ Tʜɪs Mᴀsᴋ: • Wolverine is characterized as a gruff loner often finding comfort alone than within a crowded room. He has a very strong sense of personal honor, much to many people's dismay, he is not the kind of guy to always listen to orders mostly when he finds that they are stupid or tread on his morals. Though Wolverine has a very animalistic side to his nature he still has his own personal code of conduct which someone would see as weird for a guy that would kill his enemy instead of let them have a second chance. As much as a cold exterior that he gives off he is a very compassionate man as he looks after his comrades well and will do just about anything in his power to protect them giving him a soft spot majorly for those younger than himself. Which ironically is just about everyone he surrounds himself with but those such as Rouge and Seth he cares for them a lot as this could be his fatherly streak or just his need to protect those around him. Wolverine is known for being fearless, brave and dangerous which is not strange for someone who will charge headlong into battle without batting an eyelash when faced with things that could kill just about anyone.
He feels most at home within the wilderness this could be because of his feral nature or just because he has had points in his very long life where he ran with wolves among other things such as the Blackfoot tribe which is one of the two sources who dubbed him with the name of Wolverine. Logan is not very trusting which could just be from his years of being used and abused but why is not really known though a big thing about him is he hates being used in any means that he is not okay with. Possibly due to this he has problems with authority figures often disregarding what they say as he doesn't care to conform to what they want him to do this could be because often he knows more than they do so he's going to do it his own way. Logan is highly intelligent despite his rather rough and animalistic personality as he is fluent in several languages as well as highly skilled in combat being stated to be a master tactician from his many years of combat training and experience. Wolverine has very much an explosive attitude at times allowing his anger to control him in a savage rage allowing him to beat many telepaths as in this state he does not even know what he will do next so how could they know. Though Wolverine is known for killing enemies instead of letting them live he does not enjoy the act of taking of life yet it is often necessary in the art of war whether he likes it or not. But because of the years he's been killing he has achieved the ability to emotionally detach himself from situation such as killing so that he does not feel too much remorse for his actions as he does care about what he does.

• Regenerative Healing Factor: Wolverine's primary mutant power is an accelerated healing process that enables him to regenerate damaged or destroyed tissue with far greater efficiency than an ordinary human. He can regenerate greatly damaged or destroyed tissue with few seconds. Adamantium plays a crucial role in the speed of Wolverine's healing as well because of the fact that it produces a poison that his immune system fights off regularly. It is said that without the adamantium, his healing rate increases.This power even amends psychological wounds inflicted as a result of traumatic experiences. This "mental scar tissue" as Logan puts it helps protect him from telepathic probing as well as mind control not to mention the shields Professor X put into places to guard his mind as well. Basically meaning Logan is highly resistant to mind control and telepathic probing both by his own means and those put in place.
• Foreign Chemical Immunity: Wolverine's natural healing also affords him the virtual immunity to poisons and most drugs, except in massive doses. For example, it is extremely difficult for him to become intoxicated from alcohol.
• Immunity To Disease: Wolverine's highly efficient immune system, which is part of his accelerated healing factor, renders him immune against all known Earthly diseases and infections
• Superhumanly Acute Senses: Wolverine possesses superhumanly acute senses that are comparable to those of certain animals. He can see at far greater distances, with perfect clarity, than an ordinary human. He retains this same level of clarity even in near total darkness. His hearing is enhanced in a similar manner, allowing him to detect sounds ordinary humans couldn't hear at a greater distances, enough to hear a teardrop in another room that have thick walls with enough focus. He is able to recognize people and objects by scent, even if they are well hidden. He can track a target by scent, even if the scent has been greatly eroded by time and weather factors, with an extraordinary degree of success. Wolverine can also use his keen sense of smell to detect lies due to chemical changes within a person's scent. These senses stem from, at least partially, his constant cellular regeneration, as are his enhanced physical capabilities.
• Superhuman Strength: Wolverine's mutant healing factor enables him to push his muscles beyond the natural limits of the human body without injury, granting him some degree of superhuman strength. His natural strength is augmented by the demand placed on his musculature due to the presence of over 100 pounds of Adamantium bonded to his skeleton, which also removes the natural limitations of the human skeletal structure by allowing him to lift weights that would damage a human skeleton. Wolverine has been depicted with sufficient strength to break steel chains, support the weight of a dozen men with one arm and lift the 955 lb Ursa Major over his head before tossing him across a room. Wolverine's strength is enough to allow him to press somewhere in excess of 800 lbs but no more than 2 tons
• Superhuman Agility: Wolverine's agility, balance and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels far beyond the natural physical limits and capabilities of the finest human specimen. Wolverine's agility is sufficient to allow him to dodge multiple bullets. Other times, able to jump extremely high and evade several yards.
• Superhuman Reflexes: Wolverine's reflexes are similarly enhanced, they are also superior to those possessed by the finest human specimen and are equal to the likes of Steve Rogers' (Captain America) due to his superhumanly acute senses, although most of the time he relies highly on his regenerative healing factor.
• Insulated Weather Adaptation: Wolverine's body is highly resistant to certain elemental extremes, particularly cold, to the extent that he can sleep nude in subarctic conditions with no apparent injury.
• Delayed Aging: In addition, Wolverine's healing factor provides him with an extended lifespan by slowing the effects of the aging process. Wolverine was born sometime during the late 19th Century. Although well over 100 years of age, Wolverine retains the health, appearance and physical vitality of a man in the physical prime of his life.
• Animal Empathy: Wolverine has the ability to sense the emotional state of animals on a basic level such as fear, anger, happiness or pain. He can even communicate with them to make the animal aware of his actions and or his intent.
• Bone Claws: Wolverine's skeleton includes six retractable 12-inch long bone claws, three in each arm, that are housed beneath the skin and muscle of his forearms. Wolverine can, at will, release these slightly curved claws through his skin beneath the knuckles on each hand. The skin between the knuckles tears and bleeds, but the blood loss is quickly halted by his healing factor. Wolverine can unsheathe any number of his claws at once, although he must keep his wrists straight at the moment his claws pass from his forearms into his hands. When unsheathed, the claws are entirely within his hands, allowing him to bend his wrists when they are extended. The claws are made of bone, unlike the claws of normal mammals which are made of keratin, and were originally believed to be bionic adamantium implants. Like his son Daken, the bone claws are sharp and dense enough to slice through substances as durable as most metals, wood, and stone.
