This cell block houses humans that support mutants as well as though suspected of having powers. The cells are concrete lined with linoleum but resemble a small university dorm with a private bathroom, desk, bookshelf and comfortable beds. They all eat together in a cafeteria, play sports together in the field outside and watch movies together during the monthly movie night. This encourages them to develop loyalty to the Organization and hopefully shed their ways of mutant sympathy and join the just cause.
