This particular cell block is reserved for high profile mutants. Those that are aligned with the Brotherhood or X-men are placed in this cell block. There is only one entrance to the cell block. This entrance is blocked by three doors, Polycarbonate reinforced with tempered glass and two steel doors. Each cell has two doors with a 'decontamination' station in between them. In the event that one door is breached, the space between them is bathed in fire. The cells themselves are concrete with a linoleum covering. A bed is build directly into the wall, creating a cubbyhole for the captive. A toilet is in the corner, as well as a shower. Soap and toiletries are supplied. Meals are served through slots in the doors and the captives are not allowed out of their cells in the event that they try to group together and escape. They give each captive a collar which can put a mutant down with a deadly shock or merely discipline them for bad behavior. Guards are posted all day and night and patrols constantly check up on the cell block.
