Lucas was born blind though not many knew it because of the vibrant color of his eyes. By the age of three months, when he still would not react to visual stimuli, his parents brought him to a pediatrics hospital where they confirmed that he didn't and would never have his eye sight. The first few years were relatively normal. He was learning to speak, slowly grasping the concept of braille and eventually learning to behave. Coming home from school in second grade Lucas dropped his white can. Without even realizing it, his mind reached out for the thing he needed and the next moment it was back in his hand. Needless to say, his parents were freaked out, his brother though thought it was cool. Perhaps it was the innocence of youth that allowed his brother to stay by Lucas's side but either way the two were inseparable. Lucas's parents had a talk with him after a similar incident happened after dropping a glass. They warned him never to do it again because people weren't supposed to be able to move things with their minds. For a while, Lucas obeyed but the longer he went without using his power, the more headaches he would get and the more intense they would become. Because of this he would do small things when he was sure his parents were not around.
As he grew, so did Lucas's focus and control of his power though he was no expert, he grew to know the feeling of an on coming headache caused by his power. As a freshman in high school, Lucas and his brother caused a lot of trouble, making pens disappear or lesson plans relocate themselves to ensure they would have a work period. Everything was fine and his secret was kept until March 15th of junior year. Lucas and his brother had just stepped out onto the street to cross in front of their house. Their parents, as always stayed outside to watch them leave. A car sped through the stop sign. Lucas was pushed out of the way by his brother. There was a screeching to tires and the smell of burnt rubber. The car had stopped, obviously having tried to avoid hitting the boys. Lucas crawled to where his brother lay under the car, feeling for him, sensing his shape and weight with his power. His hand came back slick with blood and something snapped. Lucas staggered to his feet and with a grand show of his hands and his mind, threw the car off of his brother. It landed not too far away, apparently on it's roof as the sound of crunching metal would have suggested. His effort was in vein though, there was no pulse, no heartbeat sounding off through his chest. As his parents rushed to the boys, Lucas lifted the car, slammed it into the ground, and did it again. He continued until the car was nothing more than rubble. There was no doubt that the driver had died.
It wasn't long after that the medics proclaimed 'Dead on Arrival.' Lucas's father was furious, he didn't understand how he couldn't have saved him with his power, or done something, or died instead. Many of the words, Lucas guessed were caused by grief and so didn't pay much mind. A day or two later he was sent away, to somewhere he would be out of their hair and somewhere he wouldn't end up dead.

There is next to no seriousness with Lucas. He is the one to joke at the wrong times to try and lighten the mood or play pranks to get a giggle. He was the class clown, despite being picked on, he always took it with a smile. Not to say that Lucas cannot be serious, when the time calls for it he can put on a brave face and smarten up. Lucas always tries to be a friend and treat others with respect.

Telekinetic Prowess
There are no certain abilities that come with being a telekinetic, no named moves or special skills apart from the power itself. As a telekinetic, Lucas has the ability to move objects with his mind though within a certain range. As he is still fairly new to his power, he can only move things within a rough 100 meter radius. Size and weight also have an effect on his ability to lift objects. Being born blind, Lucas has had to learn to compensate with what he was given. He can use his power to detect objects in his way so that he may avoid them. This does not work for cracks on the side walk and other such similar things though perhaps one day he will be able to find even those.
With all powers, come drawbacks. Though some might think that using his ability would give him a headache, it is quite the opposite. If he does not use his ability for a long period of time, four days maximum, he suffers from extreme headaches though using his power too much tires him out. He has to stay in constant balance and can often be found meditating with floating objects to help this.
