Rising high on the Vegas skyline, Higher Power is a gambling paradise. No expense was spared to build the steel and glass tower. Boasting over three thousand rooms, the whole thing is over 110 stories placing it as the new second tallest building in North America. With three floors dedicated to gambling alone the place is well maintained and the security is flawless. Here they house some of the largest pots that have yet to be hit. As you go up there are concert halls, theaters, dinning and an entire floor dedicated to shops. Up near the top are the suites though the top ten floors are private use only. Most don't know it but these top floors belong to the secretive owner of the complex and his fellows.
In reality this is the main head quarters for the Brotherhood, a group of mutants under the tutelage of the powerful Magneto. With what remains of his original group he works to build the mutant race as the supreme rulers of the world. Hidden underground are a series of tunnels and hidden rooms where they do all their real work happens. Training rooms, laboratories, storage, and a plethora of other things hide three floors beneath the casino's basement. The place cannot be entered without a personal pass code and some physical proof of who you are. No one can enter the upper floors or the hidden jet bay on the roof without a code from a senior member of the Brotherhood.
