Chapter One : The Fall of Her Highness
The wind blew gently across the night sky over Karakura Town as the night life bustled within the city beneath. Such was the norm for the city where one wouldn't expect the paranormal activity to exist as it usually does. Despite such phenomena, the humans that resided in the city remained oblivious to its existence. It was life, and regardless of the reality that masterminded the truths of every situation, humans had methodically provided their own, albeit false, explanations of what occasionally happened.
All at once, the serenity of the cool night skies ended abruptly as a flaming mass crashed into the ground just outside of the town, having fallen from seemingly nowhere. The roar of horrific beasts filled the air, unbeknownst to the mundane life just a few miles into the city: Hollows; they poured outwards from the smoldering mass in countless droves, their source unknown.

_______________________________________________________________________ A grand light burst into the scene; bright in the darkness surrounding the outskirts of Karakura town. The light was almost surreal, heavenly, like the light which many of the people nearing death saw at the end of that tunnel of black. The light of the after world, the little glimpse of the life beyond the known, clouded by mystery, shrouded by secrets. But, as the wanderous light dimmed gradually, and finally dispersed, a heavy looking set of sliding doors revealed itself to anyone with the eyes. The traditional japanese sliding doors, in the middle of nowhere. Its paper covering a light beige color with faint designs near its pointy corners. The wood a darkened with age. A slight creaking sound was heard as the doors opened to let its wayward visitors bask in the destructive scene. Once more, light pushed away the shadows.
A woman stepped out into the dark from the mysterious passage which settled itself in the Human World. The light behind her like a golden halo, sparkling and glimmering, contouring to her petite frame. Her physiognomy unbeknownst to those who could see the sight unfolding beyond the door. With one more reluctant stride outside the brightness, her face was shown, her features, her scowl and lurid glare were prevalent. Her angelic presence, with her curly blonde hair and her sparkling blue eyes, along with porcelain perfect skin, was shattered by the snakelike expression on her beautiful face. The blonde donned a trailing white coat atop a sky blue dress, the length exceeding the white. Her arms were crossed at her ample breasts, evoking cleavage to be shown and a red sash nestled around her tiny waist, harboring a weapon at her right hip. She exuded a persona knowing of secrets, of pain, of sadness. Someone like her wouldn't belong in the world of the living, she knew too much to be alive. Lucky for them, she was deceased from their world a long, long time ago.
Her name? Amaterasu Maeda, the captain of squad twelve, the research and development division of the soul society. When alive, there is a social hierarchy found within its inhabitants; it doesn't change in death. Why? The Seireitei existed to provide structure, organization and justice, even in death. There is life beyond it, and they were the governors of the afterlife. It was open to all, but a few succeed to gain status like Amaterasu. She is known as the Brains, the intellectual mind which is flourished, and well sought after by many. It was all she was good for afterall, thinking. Mad scientist is how their world viewed her before her traverse to death, and mad scientist she stayed. Her beauty is her only redeeming factor to her loony brain. Many found her truly terrifying, horrific, disturbing. Her mannerisms were crude, her speech blunt. Truly, a woman like her should not exist, but she does and is existing.
So, why was a woman of her caliber introducing herself to all of the rampant Hollows? Well, for starters, they were the natural enemy of the Soul Society's kind of people called the shinigami, the death gods. Dressed in their black garbs, and armed with zanpakutos, the extension to their soul and the weapon of choice amongst their kind, they were pretentious. Too showy, even. Being death gods, made them sound and look retarded, but they existed to protect the souls of the living; however, that is not why she is present for. Hell no. Amaterasu was there to survey the situation: the death count, the amount of force needed to rid of the inglorious beings, the details of their attacks and what not. The boring things, but, she was fine with that. Fighting was not her forte, and never will it be.
"It smells of stinking fear." The female analyzed the damage first, and then released the hold she had on her teats. Walking around the area away from the door, she looked up at the gigantic Hollows in hoards only a few yards away from her. It seems they didn't spot her...yet. Then again, they shouldn't for a while, her spiritual pressure was suppressed by her own will power, as well as the seal at her neck, a black flower painted itself on her skin. She didn't want to be a part of the tinderbox, didn't want to release her sword from its sheath, didn't want to fight, didn't want to get hurt. She was too perfect for this s**t.
But then, Amaterasu would do no fighting. She was allotted a partner, in case things go awry, and her chosen partner had yet to make himself known. "I don't want to be here." The woman huffed, taking a mental picture of what she found interesting, to be of use to her later on. "It's obvious what drove these sons of penises here." She said, with a flip of her glorious locks.
The monsters were obviously lost, and hungry, and angry. What better place to rampage than the Human World. Wow, they were smart. Her hypothesis? If they were in the Human World, then something scared them off. Hollows just don't band together just for the hell of it, no. Someone kicked them out of their realm, or they placed their tails betwixt their legs and shivered in fear, and left due to the adversary they faced. They were either cowards of displaced. That was it. All that was left was for back up to show and just kill them all. They served no threat. They were all weak enough to be defeated easily by skilled shinigami. They shan't dwell upon the Hollows, but more on what, or who drove them out.
"Our work here is done then. Take your pick, or kill them all. It should be easy, right?" Amaterasu looked on once more at the stupid beasts once more. They didn't deserve to live.

Amath Veralti Mortum "By the will of flame, in pursuit of perfection..." xxFrom within the massive Throne Room of Las Noches, both flame and reiatsu wisped from existence. The stone pillars in the room still bearing scorch marks as they smoldered silently in the dull light of the room. Before the throne, a massive seat constructed of various bones from fallen Hollow, stood a youthful figure, clothed in the tattered wrappings of a Shinigami, a dirtied white kimono resting lightly on his shoulders.
"Farewell, Red Queen," stated the figure, his voice dancing lightly throughout the room that had once been filled with a horrifying array of Hollow. Turning his torso slightly, the dull light would gleam against the mans bright red eyes that resided behind dark and unkempt hair. This was Amath. Even without his beloved Amaterasu, he had swept aside the faulty rule of one that legend spoke of being immoral, cruel, and ever-existing. Exvisqui was her name, better known to other Hollow as The Red Queen, and to Amath, she was far from living up to the legend.
With a lazy wave of his hand, the bone throne would shatter into nothingness, leaving the spot empty where it once towered above other Hollow. "How ugly," Amath would state as he plopped content lay on the floor where the throne once was. "I wonder how long until her Espada..."

[ Location ] Karakura Town [ With ] Ameratsu Maeda Kenkaku followed soon after ameratsu. He had no need for the flash and bang the woman had, walking out with a flip of hair and a twist of the hips. No, he was more down to earth than the other was. Why be flashy when you can be intimidating as he'll anyways?
Kenkaku walked the few steps out of the light, simply letting the glare slowly show that he had arrived. No big deal, why get out all the bells and whistles for an investigation team? Kenny grunted, and rubbed his arm, where the seal mark had been set into the back of his hand. " Alwa's feels weird ta' wear this s**t, amirite? " He said half to himself.
The captain looked over the scene. Hollow we're everywhere. Streaming and running around like their asses were on fire. He didn't care what caused it, only the fact they were here. Something was happening in That Desert.
Kenny felt the bloodlust rise within him. Already, he wanted to just chop the punks up. ******** any consequences, he just wanted to go off. The only thing that stopped him right now was Ameratsu. He had to protect the investigator. He sullenly remembered why they had come in the first place. Something about a giant ball of flame appearing off in the country side, and out of nowhere, hollow started a mad rush into the city. When ameratsu declared herself finished, Kenkaku shrugged. " Wha' about tha weird fire s**t? I can see it fro' here. " Kenny said, pointing off into the distance. " Howze about ya' go check it out, and I'll clean up in her' " Kenny suggested.
Before an answer could be given, Kenkaku had thrown himself away from her. She would probably yell something, but now, Kenny was engrossed in the field of battle. Nothing would reach him as the sheathe flew off of his sword, and he started hacking away. Hack, and a hollow was down. Slash, and another fell like its brother. ******** ame, he was in the killing mood.

Amath Veralti Mortum "By the will of flame, in pursuit of perfection..." xxNot caring to wait for anyone to show, Amath would gracefully rise to his feet, his muscular form gliding with such agility that it would seem almost impossible. Still, his ability to maneuver his form still surprised Amath, his old age almost tricking his mind into showing his age. Gently flicking his wrists, a dull light would illuminate at Amaths hands before a violin would appear in his left, the bow in his right. "Perhaps a melody for her fallen Highness," Amath would state to the emptiness before placing the bow against the strings.
Immediately, the room echoed with the sad melody provided by the instrument and it's user. Note for note, the melody issued on a sense of sadness an melancholy as Amath began to recall his steps to this point. Having let down hold on former Captains in Division 0; living for countless centuries in the Forest of Menos, then the barren deserts. Forming his plan. The years were not kind to Amath, and as such, Amath could not be Kim in return. Overthrowing the Red Queen wasn't his first objective, but it certainly wouldn't be his last. Not by far.
As the melody took a sharp decline, Amath would pause momentarily, his mind now shifting to his beloved but lost Zanpakuto as the bow once more played against the strings, the tempo of his song moving slowly as it did at the beginning of his solo symphony. His beloved Amaterasu, stripped from him. How, even now, the feeling killed him so; to be torn from a piece of your soul; to have your closest companion hidden from your sight. Such feelings only led him to a new discovery of endless distraught and guilt.
Was it his him, or simply his fortune, nay, destiny to be synonymous with such pain? Not even Shuuei, the man that had stood by his side for so long, could understand what Amath was forced to live with. To carry, alone. A part of Amath understood, and even applauded what happened to him. By all means, it was just. Righteous. Necessary. However, such thoughts only served to add to the fire within him; the fire that would consume Soul Society...Existence for their personal crimes against a man. This man. Against Amath.

_______________________________________________________________________ Amaterasu shot a glare at her protector, who left her behind in a trail of bloodlust ridden dust. Kenkaku was like that. He was a man who couldn't fight natural urges, he did what he needed to do, and when he wanted to. So, of course he was the best pick as a partner, the captain of Squad Eleven, those whose bodies lived and breathed fighting, those who found ecstasy within the bloodcurdling screams of their broken enemies, those who fought to die a beautiful death. Poetic as they sounded, they were really just brutes. They were the dreggs of the Soul Society, the brutes, the apes. They were called upon to fight, and die. They were the pawns to their game of chess, with whomever the society chooses to deem as their enemy.
But, Kenkaku was separate from the group of apes, while a brute himself, he was her brute. In a world full of people, one can only trust a few, and he was one of those people worthy of her trust, worthy enough to protect her on such a frivolous mission. Other folks would die trying to protect himself than her, but Kenny wouldn't. He wouldn't want to lose the b***h whom he has laid with for years. Never.
"Oh, yes." The woman let out an exasperated sigh. Why did he have to bring it up? They could have been done with the mission already. Amaterasu had all that she needed to create a report, anyway... It was simply fire. Fire. Fire. Fire. The humans could deal with it with their hunk of metal automotive devices, could they not? The duo were not needed other than to for Amaterasu gather information, and Kenkaku rid of the disgusting beings that littered the Human World at the moment, which he finds such great fun in killing.
"I'll take my leave then." Amaterasu rolled her eyes. Men. Stupid ******** men. Men. Kenkaku made an opening for her, disposing of the Hollows one by one with his sword. He was more of a lunatic than she, and people called her crazy.
The shapely woman made her way towards the large fire which inhabited the area where the fountain should be in the park. Ironic, a flaming pit amidst water. Even without her mind deducing the situation, a mundane human could easily figured that these were no ordinary flames. No, not at all. These flames spawned the brethren of Hollows, but as Amaterasu got closer, these were not just flames. They were hollows contorted, mutilated, impossibly stretched--in other words, Dead. It was a formidable structure, how could she not see it before? It was not a huge slab of rock like the meteors from space which found themselves imbedded in earth soil, no, these were Hollows, repulsively melted in the crude shape of something spherical. An egg? Or maybe a shell hiding its pearl. The fear that she smelled before, was the fear of these dead hollows. Their fear loomed above the encasement made out of them.
Amaterasu could not help but giggle. That was wonderful. ********. They were frightened even in death, or maybe they weren't really dead? Their bodies would have already disappeared if so, no, they were still alive, but clinically dead. In a state of paralyzation. Wow, their feelings reaked. This must be some hell of a ******** casket. "Wow..." The woman said breathlessly, nearing it without qualms. She was a scientist, it was her duty to observe and document what she saw. This was a part of it.

[ Location ] Karakura Town [ With ] Ameratsu Maeda A few Gillian had joined the fray. To most other people, they would have wondered why so many hollow were streaming into the world of the living at this point. Something must be happening in Hueco Mundo. Kenkaku didn't give a ********. The only thing he cared about was the sudden screaming that rocked the area. He turned, and watched as another Garganta tore open, only for Gillian to begin trampling out.
Kenkaku knew one thing about hollow. Menos Grande were much more powerful than the others, and much larger as well. As he watched, keeping one eye locked on them while he continued brawling his way through the lesser hollow, the Menos began eating other hollow, and each other. Hungry, even when you could smell the fear dripping off of them. " Yo ame! " Kenkaku shouted, after bisecting a hollow. " Tha' hollo're 'cared o' somethin' in Hueco! " He shouted. Maybe the information owuld reach her, and maybe it wouldn't. Whoever. Kenkaku kept cutting away.
This was getting to be a bit much for the captain. Sure, he was master of the sword and all that, but there were hundreds of lesser hollow, and a solid three dozen Gillian. He would be overrun soon, and hell if it mattered how good you were with a sword if you we being crushed. Kenny grabbed his Katana, suddenly feeling a deep thrum within the blade. The voice of the truest, most badass warrior to ever live. Gilgamesh. Kenkaku smirked as he heard the spirit's words. " You know what to do, boy. " The voice said. It was like a rock within his brain, dropping into a river. Solid, strong, powerful. " Yer damn straight I do. "
Kenkaku made a decision, before whipping his blade out. " Hey, Gilgamesh! " He shouted, as a hollow came barreling forwards. He grabbed his blade much like a baseball player would his bat, and swung. It crushed the poor thing's head in, but suddenly, the sword was enveloped in light. A wondrous, purple light. It looked downright Demonic, As Kenkaku grabbed the light, and lengthened it. Within a second, Kenkaku had hands on either end of a metal staff. " Booyah! " He shouted, feeling the energy of the blade. He pulled, and the staff sectioned off at about the middle. It revealed, suddenly, that it wasn't no damn staff. It was a hidden blade! Kenkaku held two halves of the staff, both sections five feet. Two and a half feet was the blade, and the other two and a half was all handle. ******** yeah. He had two weapons now.
Kenkaku looked up, after hearing a foot slam down on a park. A big damn foot. " ********. " Kenkaku seethed, before jumping in the air. Right for the Menos. He was gonna slice and dice it.
--- Fade to black. ---
A few minutes later, Ameratsu would hear a slash, and a small scream. Should she turn to see what was up, Kenkaku would stand there, one of his bades extended through a rapidly decomposing hollow. " Ya' ow' me one, bab' . " He said sweetly, before walking up beside her. If she cared to look back, a solid seventy percent of the hollow would be seen to have completely dispersed. Now, what could have caused that?
Kenkaku took in a sharp breath. " I ca' small tha' fear. " He said, surveying the clump of hollow. They were warped, as if they had been stretched and wrapped around something. It was weird. Like someone had taken plastic figures, popped them in a microwave, and wrapped them around something. " Somethin' is up. " He turned to the woman, as a fleeting expression of excitement spread his mouth in a wide smile. " Wanna see wha's inside? " He said, half shouting. He knew whatever was in there was gonna be cool. Whether it was some weird hollow baby that these things had to protect, something dead, something badass. IT would all spell out something neat to look at, and something awesome to possibly tear at. While he waited for the answer, Kenkaku wiped the sweaty hair from his eyes.
" Ya' know what, I don't need permission. " Kenny said, before dropping on of his blades on the ground. He walked up to the ball. The smell of death, fear, and burned hair jut reaked. IT smelled like something had died, and that dead thing had been lit on fire, only to be rubbed all over whatever this thing was. Kenny raised a hand, and poked it. " What the hell? " He said, as his hand pushed into the ball of hollow and hollow flesh. It was softer than a babies arse! Kenkaku grunted, before raising his blade, and stabbing it into the ball. It went about halfway in, and Kenkaku started to wedge his blade around, as if he were trying to crack it. Just like some weird egg.
He was gonna get into this thing whether Ameratsu liked it or not. What came, came.

Within the 'egg', Exvisqui, The Red Queen, would shift, her dull red eyes wincing slightly at the burns that her arm now suffered. That Shinigami...that 'monster'...his power was impossible. She had heard of powerful abilities in the realm of fire once concerning a Shinigami named Yamamoto, but he had been dead. Furthermore, this fire was different. Every aspect of it spoke of a Zanpakuto, but the man had none, lest her ability to phase through such weapons would have spared her the pain of her perfect flesh being tainted. Who was he? Clearly, his intentions were claiming her throne, but to achieve such a desire alone? Without even the slightest claim to a Zanpakuto?!
Her rage boiled within her as her mind continued to spawn Hollow, another of her abilities that served her well since her uprising. The Hollow that she had formed from her epicenter had served her well to protect her from her previous attacker, but now had been penetrated by a blade. Twisting and tearing through flesh, the metal forced a scowl from Exvisqui. Reaching outward, her hand would phase through the blade, all of its energy telling her what she desired as her eyes cluttered wildly. Gilgamesh. That was the Zanpakuto. The fact that it was a melee type only forced her to smile.
All at once, a wild reiatsu would pour from the shell of burnt Hollow. Sinister, evil, horrible. Violently, it would force the blade from the cocoon of corpses, as it too began to melt and fall from her wicked form. There she stood, six feet tall, her body adorned in crimson bone, save for areas of lusciously smooth skin bare on her torso, arms, and thighs. Her violet hair whipped wildly in the display of raw reishi ripping violently from her feminine form as her claw tipped fingers clenched righty into fists. The air seemed to whine and scream as she looked downward at the duo that stood before her. Shingami. Captain level.
"Come to die?" Exvisqui would question rhetorically. She didn't care for a reply. Simply, all she cared about was killing the strong adversaries that dared to present themselves. "Before my throne escapes my grasp, you two will pay for your comrades' mistake. The mistake of assuming my rule is so easily overthrown." As she spoke, her reishi would lash out toward Amaterasu and Kenkakku, aiming to shred them to pieces, or at least clear some space between them.

His yellow eyes narrowed at the empty room as the void slammed shut. He traced his fingers along the walls before stopping.
Fixing the bone upon his forehead like a normal human would with a normal hat the Sexta Espada finally let out a laugh. It was a horrible laughter that would cause anyone lower than his own strength to fall to their knees and beg for mercy. His reiatsu poured out of him like a fountain washing away the filth of his Queen's room.
Cracking his own neck the man walked over to the throne and traced it with his own finger. He knew he had sensed a Soul Reaper in these halls, but where was the fool or his queen. _______________________________________________________________________ Amaterasu looked on at the large ball before her, analyzing from her sufficient distance its size, shape, texture and color. They were nothing out of the ordinary, but it was not like she has seen something quite like the structure before her. It was already obvious that from it's shape it was used for protection, was used for a gradual regeneration, was used to feign the obviously dangerous inside. Wait, then, there would be another heart beating within; however, the life inside was masked by the countless of hollows used as the layer of coating. Damn it. The woman stepped closer cautiously, taking note of her surroundings; a hand at the ready to grab the sword which hung loose against her hips.
When she was close enough, probably a few feet away, she stopped. The noise in the background was now hushed compared to the ear shattering screams only moments before. The other hollows were eradicated by Kenkaku. Already? His lust for battle was not fully satiated yet, Amaterasu could tell this fact when the man appeared at her side: his breathing rugged, his sweat drenched face, his clothes which clung to his slim, muscular body, his smell... He was not done yet. He wanted more blood, more screams, more pain. That was who Kenkaku was. The hands which held her ever so gently were also made to induce destruction upon its enemies. Wonderful concept.
"No, I do not. If I did not choose you to accompany me, you would not have had the elation of defeating so many foes." Amaterasu spoke, her voice sultry and smooth like finely made white chocolate melting in an awaiting mouth. "I believe 'tis you who should enlighten me with a favor, darling." She finished her proclamation and turned to face Kenkaku who was already on his way to survey the egg in a barbaric manner. He didn't even wait for her answer to pry open the ball of death. My god, he was a retard.
"STOP!" The scientist warned as the man stuck his hand within the spherical thing, fashioned crudely after the dead and hollows nearing their death. The woman cringed as he was not satisfied by the mere touching of the encasement, but he felt he should stab his sword within its sides as well! A hiss escaped Amaterasu's lips as she sauntered quickly to pull Kenkaku away from the ball. He was not responsible enough to follow her directions. She had to use almost all of her muscles to pull Kenny away from the amassed shell of death.
"What the hell is wrong with you?!" She chastised the full grown man, looking up at his grand height. If she could, she would gladly look down upon him for once. "You ruined my--" Amaterasu stopped mid-sentence as the dead bodies began to peel away from the center of the spherical egg. What the hell? Her hand which was still on Kenkaku's arm, gripped the flesh she found there tightly. What was going on? The excitement was pumping through her arteries, her veins. The adrenaline coursed through her core. My god, this was wonderful! Joyful!
A woman much taller than the blonde stood in full regale before the duo. She was an Amazonian woman, or like one, Amaterasu presumed. But seriously, her reishi was jawdroppingly delicious. It was dense, it was strong, it was one which would not be trifled with. Perfection! The ball held her. The Ball held Her! This woman was unlike other arrancarian women she encountered before, nor did she see a woman like her ever.
"I can feel it..." Amaterasu hissed, her arm tightening more around Kenkaku's arm once more. "Her bloodlust." The blue eyes which were held at the woman's feminine form narrowed revealing a more serpentine look in the squad twelve captain, but her eyes were averted to the wild reishi which flew around the woman, like hundreds of hands waving in the air, showing their presence. One of these hands flew directly at them. It only took a nano second for Amaterasu to deduce that it was an attack directed at them.
"Danku." The word escaped the woman's lips, as if it was nothing and blocked the frontal area of the partners. The rectangular shield immediately broke upon impact with the tendril. Though, it was no surprise that it broke so easily, as it was a split second decision, with little concentration from the excited Amaterasu.
"Could you be any ruder?" The blonde said, taking offense to the surprise attack. "Who the ******** do you think you are?" Amaterasu raised her silk like voice higher in pitch. No way in hell this b***h was going to patronize her. Never had she met this woman, and here the amazon was condescending upon she and Kenkaku. Who the hell was she to talk? Huh? "The only person who has committed a mistake upon these areas, would be you, darling." The venom in Amaterasu's words, caustic to the ears. Her words were filled with hatred, her words seethed with her venom, and her eyes gave the lurid glare which would kill the hearts of those with weak resolutions.
"Rule? You? A Queen? Your act is jesterlike. It is not worth the rank befitting a queen." The blonde scoffed, taking her hands off of Kenkaku, and placing her right at her waist, while the other pointed a very prejudiced finger at the woman who stood before them. "I do not appreciate your presence. You should return to your egg. Your face could really use the extra millenia to evolve."
_______________________________________________________________________ [[ O O C : yeah, no, i'm not doing the whole location thing anymore. i'm pretty sure that i have established the fact that Amaterasu is in the outskirts of Karakura Town, her sword is dormant, and her emotions, for the moment, are neutral and bored. ]]

OOC: To my dearest Espada. Amath is IN the throne room, and the throne no longer exists. I figured it'd be hard to miss that and the fact that he's playing a friggin' violin. That is all.

REI OUREN Espada Numero Tres Shutting his eyes, Rei Sonido'd down to the thrown room, a veritable maze covered in the span of only a few seconds, appearing directly in front of where the throne once was. Looking coldly at the Shinigami before him, he suddenly smiled widely, cracking his knuckles as his entire body suddenly relaxed and tensed up all at once. Even his inept pesquesa could feel the power this one held. His hands quickly tightened up into fists, his left becoming immersed in a crimson aura as the right had a blacklight-effect engulf it, red lightning coursing over it every few seconds. "You're intruding, Shinigami... I don't know or care what you did with her, but I sense it. You're strong. You'll give me the fight I've been looking for."╔════╗ | Profile | ╚════╝

Amath Veralti Mortum "By the will of flame, in pursuit of perfection..." xx Even before the Espada would reach the barren throne room, Amath would cease playing, his eyes slowly shifting to the only passage way into the hall. His senses, even after his multiple mellenia of existence, were still so accurately acute, that the creatures breathing could be heard from so far a distance. His reiatsu was fair enough to be considered powerful, but still nowhere near what he himself contained
The Espada spoke, charging his reiatsu as he did so. There would still be little reason the worry. Even assuming, Amath deduced that it would require more than six of the Espada to overwhelm him at most. Rather, Amath would simply smile warmly, as though he were now in the presence of a dear friend. "But I am unarmed, dear Espada," Amath would reply, his voice dancing lightly into the Espadas ear as though it were music.
A flick of the wrist, and he violin would vanish in a dull, golden glow, the bow following suit simultaneously. Charms and spells seemed little more than child's play to the deceptively old man, garbed in dingy white clothing. Even the most powerful of Kidō required little more than a spell to summon. Yet another reason for him to remain so calm.
