He's generally cheerful and kind-hearted, but his confidence can sometimes come off as almost arrogant and he has a tendency to overstep his boundaries. Some of the finer points of social interaction- subtlety, for example- are completely lost on him; he is generally very blunt, almost offensively so. But he's also fun-loving and can be very amusing, if you have the right sense of humor. But when you mess with him, or someone he cares about? The switch is flipped, and Alex will enter BAMF mode. He won't just throw threats around- intimidating as his threats might be- he will follow through with them, and royally lay an a**-whooping down, wherever and whenever possible.

Bio:
Alex was born in 2006, to a carpenter father and a mother who died giving birth to him. When his father died in a work-related accident, Alex became a ward of the state... Who quickly garnered the interest of the newly-formed New Human Regulations Bureau. As his telekinetic abilities began developing, and at such a young age, he was taken to a top-secret facility located in northern Virginia. He arrived on his sixth birthday, and didn't see the light of day until his twenty-first. Not for longer than a few minutes, anyway; he spent much time training and further developing his powers, as the scientists searched for his limits and took endless sampled, eventually locating the genetic abnormality responsible and strengthening it. This was a mistake, as it made Alex sufficiently powerful enough to escape the laboratory and flee into the world. He spent five years out in the real world, running from the NHRB and learning about both himself and the world; when news reports started coming in about all the Numan activity in New York, Alex decided there wasn't a better place to be than among freaks. Hiding in plain sight. Sure, the NHRB would be a significant presence there... But his chances were better there than anywhere else, he figured. So he got to New York, took on the alias "T-K," and became a rather well-known hero after discovering his natural tendency to want to help people. He's been known to spare the lives of his opponents whenever possible, but he has been known to lose his temper or recognize a situation in which killing is the only real solution.

Telekinesis: Alex can manipulate the physical world through thought alone. He can go down so far as the cellular level, and up as high as just over a hundred metric tons; the actual number of objects he can manipulate at once appears to be limitless, as long as the combined mass doesn't exceed that limit. As far as distance goes, there again has been no real proven limit; while he has to have seen the object before, and remember it sufficiently, those are the only true limitations on what he cannot move. Even if he cannot see it at the moment, if he knows it is there, he can still manipulate it.

Relevant Skills:
He's good at puzzles and problem-solving, and thinking outside of the box; coming up with non-traditional solutions is sort of his thing.

He looks a bit like this. Alex stands about six foot tall, and weighs about 165 lbs. He has dark hair, and his eyes and veins glow when he uses his powers... And he doesn't like costumes.
