Personality: Sarcastic and clever, Aybra can be quite the character in conversation, and while she knows not to make people angry, she is an expert at making fun of situations, that being said, most of the time, though not all, Aybra knows when to be serious and when to take things seriously. She can also be childish and slightly random, especially around strangers, changing the subject often and without warning, sometimes mid-sentence. Aybra also has a strong policy of full-loyalty or no loyalty at all, and she often chooses the latter for herself. That being said, she is very tenacious in her beliefs and will almost never back down from an argument. Also as a rule, Aybra almost exclusively sells her services to numans.
Bio: Aybra was born an only child to a pretty average family just before WWIII. Her mother owned a bookstore, a small successful business, just enough to get them by on its own, and her father worked in IT for a large company nearby. Their life was happy, and Aybra seemed a blessing, a handful, yes, but a blessing all the same. Her powers actually manifested themselves while she was an infant, though her parents thought for a long time that it was only static electricity causing those small electric shocks when she touched them.
A few weeks after she was born, the Third World War erupted. Her family still continued their average lives, despite the high tensions and fighting, and Aybra remained as average as any other child until age 2. One night, she unknowingly knocked her mother unconscious with her abilities. When her father finally realized what had happened, they tried their best to hide their daughter's identity as a numan, but it wouldn't last forever.
Aybra remained as normal as possible until she reached high school, sure, she wasn't quite well liked, nor was she the fastest or the strongest or the smartest, but she was simply herself until then, when she rediscovered her abilities in a computer science class. As she was there, she noticed that she could make the computers do what she wanted more easily, and, after a while, that she knew what it was going to do and what it was doing in the background, just by touching it. It didn't take her too long to find the full extent of her powers again,
Naturally, her first instinct wasn't to use them to help people, or destroy a city, but to help herself with these powers. She went into the school's system, fixed her grades, found answer keys, and messed with her teachers without leaving a trace.
Well, not leaving a trace, save for the fact that she remained the common factor in all of these incidents. The school figured out who she was within a few weeks, and Aybra found herself expelled from the school. Her parents, frusturated and not sure what to do, began to homeschool her.
At the same time, Aybra had decided to go into business for herself. She used her abilities to hack into other people's systems, stole information, and sold it to other people. Her business got big quickly, and she began working for big people, often sneaking out to steal information from government buildings after a few years.
She now lives her life moving from place to place, selling government information to numans- hero and villain alike.

At the simplest, Aybra has electrokinetic powers, meaning that she can control the flow and voltage of electricity. At the basest, she can shock people, using small shocks or bolts similar to lightening. However, with practice, she can reroute the electric paths or strengthen the power in machines, controlling them to an extent and "seeing" the information within by monitoring the paths of electricity within. With practice, she can even reprogram computers, but she hasn't been able to hone this intricate practice to its finest, though.
In addition, she can also monitor the electrochemical impulses in living bodies, though it tends to be more unclear than her monitoring of technology. If she tries hard enough, she can get the general gist of thoughts from people, although this takes a lot of focus.
Finally, Aybra possesses the ability to use both passive and active electrolocation. Passive she does subconsciously, which operates as almost a sixth sense to her, but it takes effort to use active electrolocation, almost as much energy as it does to shock someone. (The extent of these (as to how much power each has) will be clarified once I finish taking the Classification System Test)
Relevant Skills: Aybra is an adept hacker, and can get into most systems (almost anything short of military security) without her powers. With her powers, she can get into any system that doesn't take specific precautions against her. She also has a decent concept of stealth, though it isn't as refined as others', and can sneak around pretty decently.
Appearance Description/ Picture: Aybra has a rather small stature (childlike to some) despite her age. She has short coppery red hair, reaching about halfway down her neck, and her eyes are hazel, though they often look green. She doesn't tan well, and instead has pale skin with freckles across her face. She normally dresses casually, in jeans, tennis shoes, and tee shirts, but when she's on a job, she often switches to black clothing with her hair tied up, though only if it is an on-site job. She is always seen with dozens of bracelets on her wrists, most containing two hidden flash drives- one to hold the information she takes and one specifically designed to infect any system it comes in contact with with a specially designed virus that wipes the system of all information. Naturally, the virus one is the only one easily accessed.

Looks pretty decent to me. Wonder how she'd get along with the other electrokinetic we've got here... Anyway, go ahead and take the Literacy Test now.
