Personality: Lucia is a completely no-nonsense pragmatist with a hard superiority complex over Normals, and a fierce temper which she keeps wrapped up in a sinister, placid face. Since childhood, she's seen herself differently, in a position above most others, mostly due to her enhanced mental capacity. She exhibits no fear in the face of threats, no sorrow in the face of disaster, and no mercy to any. All of her actions she'll attribute to her mission, and the ends always justify the means; not that she cares about "justice" as a concept. Often, she'll refer to humans as "bugs" or "worms", and appears to exhibit a hatred of coming into even the slightest contact with them.
Bio: Lucia Decker, the woman who would become Lady Primarch, was born in 1988, in New York City to an upper-middle-class family, and was treated supremely in her scholastic career due to her seemingly advanced mental abilities. Barreling through school, she graduated at the age of sixteen, and headed for college the very same year. During the appearance of the New Humans, Lucia began to imagine the capabilities of such beings, and internally felt that their presence meant there could be people who were at her level of intellect and ability in the world.
In the years before World War Three, Lucia was picked up by the group known as the Primarch Collective, a New Human superiority initiative which sought to put Numans on top... by any means necessary. The leader of the Collective, a man who only referred to himself as Prime, was a technological genius, as well as a powerful psychic, and Lucia found herself drawn to him, and offered her organizational and strategic abilities readily. While most in the group doubted she was even a New Human, she showed time and again that the side she was fighting for was definitely not that of the Normals.
As the war dragged on, Lucia was Prime's direct assistant in the construction of new and powerful technology for use against the Normals. Creating many of the weapons the Collective would use, Lucia was the originator of the idea of nanomite assisted technology, as well as one of the few members of Primarch to be injected with it. The nanomites allowed Lucia, who dubbed herself Lady Primarch after the initial successful tests, to be considered a true New Human, and to fight Normals with much ease. However, as the fighting drew to a close, and many members of Primarch were either slaughtered in full-scale battles, or defected to a life of petty solitude, Lady Primarch was one of the few to keep close to Prime, and the vast stockpiles of advanced technology.
When the Normals came, and the Prime was struck down, LP stole all the remaining technology she could, and fell into hiding. Most of the Primarch-tech was taken into government holding facilities, where it was deemed "too dangerous" to attempt official experimentation and reverse engineering. Spending the next several years tracking, stealing, and refurbishing the lost technology, Lady Primarch soon grew into a powerful and completely covert New Human force. Despite the Primarch Collective being non-existent for the past few years, LP has begun recruiting new members, and tracking down old ones to bring New Humans back to where she feels they belong: In charge.

Lucia, without the abilities granted by the Primarch technology, possesses a several superhuman mental abilities that were construed as simply a gift as they showed no physical mutations:
Comprehensive Memory/Mental Capacity: Lucia can recall any experience, image, sound, or sense she has been through with complete and total, flawless detail.
With the Primarch-tech she wears, Lucia becomes a brutally more effective New Human with certain abilities verging on that of a cyborg:
Superior Strength: While not at a superhuman level, without the copying of another New Human's ability, Lady Primarch is above the average human strength level.
Superior Coordination/Balance/Reflexes: Lucia possesses the reflexive abilities of the quintessential super-spy, allowing her to fight most any actual human barehanded.
Cloaking: Lady Primarch can mask her physical self, as well as her heat signature, rendering her invisible.
Superhuman Durability/Regenerative Healing-Reconstructive Factor: Damage to most of the technology and physical body will be quickly healed or rebuilt, should any damage actually be dealt. Bullets are supremely ineffective in most cases, and even some explosives will render no injury to her. This also circumvents most problems associated with a flawed cellular regenerative system, meaning Lucia is, in essence, ageless.
Self-Sustained: Due to the nanomites in her body, Lucia requires no food, water, or sleep and does not produce waste. It also renders certain biological functions, such as respiration, unnecessary, and prevents viral and bacterial infections from taking hold.
Telepathy: Lucia is able to communicate with someone using only her mind, and can cause physical changes in them while doing so; examples include, quickening their heart-rate, causing fear/anxiety, and putting them to sleep.
New Human Mimicry: Using the nanomites injected into her body, Lady Primarch can utilize the abilities of any Numan she is close to for as long as she is close to them. The general range is semi-limited, requiring the person to be within scanning distance around her for it to work.
Technopathy: Lucia can mentally communicated and operate technology at an intensely fast rate. Her brain is, in large part due to the nanomites, a living computer, and one of the most advance processors on the planet.
Rapid Combat Adaptation: During fights, Lucia's mind will process the most logical way to win, cause pain, or curbstomp her opponent, and her body structure can and will alter in any way to make this so. (An example would be that in a fight with two men armed with swords, blades would seem to extend from her hands or arms, and Lucia would seem to be a sheer master with bladed weapons until the fight is over.)
Lucia's Primarch-tech apparatus is currently operating a failsafe which prevents the fullest extent of the nanomites work. Upon the collection and proper utilization of Primarch-tech she is hunting for, she will possess the ability to record and save mimicries, allowing her to keep the copied abilities of New Humans at will.
Relevant Skills (Anything they were taught to do that is not related to powers; i.e. hacking, cooking, survival skills, first aid, etc.): Lucia is gifted with computers, even without her Primarch apparatus, as well as an all-around brilliant mind. Her ability to remember essentially everything makes her gifted with many intellectual prospects.
Appearance Description/ Picture: ((Picture)) Wearing the apparatus which is essentially bonded to her, Lucia appears to be a lean, muscled woman with long dark hair, incredibly pale skin, and red lips. Her entire body is covered in a form-fitting grey and black power suit.
