Personality: She's a very selfish and mistrustful young woman. She's got a bad attitude with just about everyone except her clients. She is also very greedy. She may be kinder if you could somehow become friends with her, which is a difficult task. Somewhere underneath her cold exterior there may be a nicer girl lurking. Maybe.
Bio: Jacqueline Shawe spent the last few years of her life living on the street. As soon as her powers began materializing, her parents kicked her out out of fear. From there on out, Jax Hazard was born; she refused to be associated with her former life in any way. Then she began her new journey, which started with learning the streets and how to survive them. It was difficult finding any form of assistance in the slums- not that she really trusted anybody enough to accept any. It was several days before a man, feeling a little sorry for her, decided to teach her how to survive. She was reluctant, but caved when the hunger became too much.
The man- who went by Damir- taught her the best resting places, how to pickpocket, who were the easiest targets to steal from, how to defend herself, and all other survival skills she would need to make it. One of the most important things he taught her was how to make poison, and how to work the black market. This was the main source of her income, which allowed her to have better living conditions. However, among all the things that she learned, keeping a low profile was essential.
Damir was not able to keep her company for barely longer than a year. One of his connections in the black market framed him for something- Jax didn't know what, as Damir hadn't had time to explain- and he had been forced to flee. He gave Jax ownership of his apartment and whatever he didn't take with him, then ran. Since his departure several months ago, Jax kept to herself; she didn't want to go out for more than supplies or business deals. The loss of the only person she had considered a friend hit her hard, and the depression has been eating at her since.

Radiation - She is capable of creating and emitting radiation. Her range is 30ft, but sometimes she can push it. However, when she does, it results with her becoming ill.
Immunity - She is immune to all poisons.
Enhanced Sight - Far better vision than a Normal.
Night Vision - She can see clearly at night.
