Personality: Liam is an incredibly outwardly calm, brilliant, charismatic, and somewhat eccentric individual. Years of life in the business sector has given him remarkable abilities with speech and coercion, which are only complimented by his natural charm and ease. With those he's close to he can be rather blunt, and will always take the bearer of bad news position if he can. Holding secrets is easy for him, as is lying, and it is this ease at which he can do both that lead him to be outwardly honest with everything in his personal life. Running so much media gives him a sort of insight, and a powerfully potent ability to read others.
Bio: Liam Vaughn was born in 2006 as the heir to the throne of a powerfully marketing management business, The Seer Corporation, to Garret Vaughn, and his mistress, Karrie Powell. Karrie, being a middle-class manager in his father's corporation, didn't see much of Liam in his childhood. Raised almost solely by his father, and kept as the highest of the high-class, Liam lived most of his youth at the height of the Third World War. Seeing the constant battles and riots the New Humans caused was a curiosity to young Liam, and for much of his life he was fascinated by the idea of those select Numans who became heroes.
Growing into the business life he was destined for, Vaughn became a massive part of Seer before he turned seventeen, and was primed to take the helm of the company with his seemingly lackadaisical style by his eighteenth birthday. After a year of running the company under his father's watchful and proud eye, a New Human attending one of Garret's public interviews assassinated the man, and claimed the Seer was a staunchly anti-Numan group which only sought to perpetuate war between the two sides, in favor of the Normals.
Public outcry lead to a press conference with Liam, in which he was quoted as saying: "I don't believe in Normals and New Humans. I believe in mankind, and mankind should see the best of what it has to offer itself." His pardon to all New Humans won more and more controversy for Seer, but nevertheless made Vaughn a sensational figure. Since the uproars and riots have begun again, Vaughn has been a clear of peace, and had a hand in publicizing the biggest stories of Human-Numan peace in America.
Recently, Vaughn has been focusing on an idea to gather New Humans and Normals into a group for the benefit of mankind: The Circle of heroes.

Appearance Description/ Picture: ((Picture)) Liam is a charming man of average, if slightly less physically imposing, man of 5'10", and 155 lbs. His hair is a dusty blonde, and keeps a very clean appearance.
