Personality: Mary is a devoted, strong, charismatic, and all-around good person. She believes in the good she does, possesses an incredible will, and a solid moral-compass. In most cases, the eternal optimist, she never thinks things will get as bad as they could. And when they do, she will fight on because, in her mind, that's what heroes are meant to do. Despite all of the issues caused by the New Humans, she strongly believes that any super-humans can be a force for good, and will defend the weak of both normal humans and her fellow mutants.
Bio: Born in New York City in the year 1998 to a lower middle-class family, Mary Kendrick was seen as different from a very very young age. Unlike many children her age, she never got sick at any point in her childhood, and always seemed bursting with energy. During her elementary through middle school, Mary participated in every physical activity available to her. When the Third World War began, Mary found herself arguing peace where most around her kept the war-chant alive.
While on the street, involved with an argument with a staunchly anti-New Human crowd, a raging Numan who possessed immense physical strength lobbed a semi-truck towards the group. Leaping, flying, really, into action, Mary halted the vehicle and fought the man to the ground where special anti-Numan forces took care of him, and nearly her as well. Several people defended her, and during the continuing riot-like "conversation", she announced she would, despite what others said, protect anyone who couldn't protect themselves.
Her parents, scared to death of what transpired that day, took to keeping her home-schooled and away from the public eye. Mary was understandably unhappy with this turn of events, and constantly left home to patrol the city for those in need of help. Years of an almost vigilante-style life brought her joy and purpose, as well as solidified her title as "Ultima". During the first days of its inception, Mary staunchly opposed the idea of Numan City, as she found few reasons "Normals" and "New Humans" couldn't live in peace.
Now, she defends justice just as always, and will find her way to any available sources of unrest to lend a hand.
Class: II+
Mary was a born Class II+, and possesses a variety of powers which she's honed to an even greater extent over her "hero" career. Her abilities include:
Superhuman Strength: Mary's strength level allows her to lift/handle up to an excess of around +80 tons.
Indestructibility: Bullets, missiles, explosions, and all around physical harm that would come to her as a result of these things does little to nothing to damage her. Bones do not break, skin does not bleed, and muscles do not sore.
Superhuman Stamina: In addition to her Indestructibility, Mary does not tire as a normal human would after exerting large amounts of physical activity. It is predicted to be undefined as to the actual limits of her physique.
Flight: Mary is capable of super-sonic flight.
Superhuman Speed: Running speed, reflexes, and reaction time are beyond the normal human capability.
Superhuman Senses: Mary's hearing, sight, touch, taste, and smell are all considerably more advanced than that of a Normal.
Superhuman Cellular Regenerative System: In the unlikely event that a physical injury is dealt to her, Mary will quickly (almost instantaneously) recover. This also prevents her from becoming sick, contracting a disease, etc...
Self-Sustainability: Mary doesn't require food, water, or sleep, and doesn't produce waste unless she does actually ingest something. Breathing is also not something she needs, so she can dive to the depths of the ocean, or fly through vacuums without issue.
Relevant Skills: After years of honing her powers, Mary has a considerable amount of fighting skill and overall combat ability.
Appearance Description/ Picture: ((Picture)) Mary stands at around 6'1", and weights about 165 pounds. She is incredibly fit, yet curvaceous, with an hourglass figure as well as noticeable muscle. With straight, brown hair that reaches just past her shoulders, sky-blue eyes, and a prime facial structure, many consider her to be incredibly beautiful.
