Personality: Sarah does not actually consider herself a hero; she is almost entirely focused on ridding New York of mobsters of any kind, but especially the Italian Mafia. While she does care about protecting innocents, it is a distant second to her desire for revenge for what happened to her years ago. As a result, she is not the friendliest person to be around anymore. She doesn't harbor any sort of, in her words, "stupid grudge based on envy" against New Humans that many of her fellow "Normals" have espoused, and will work with any Numans that want to help her tackle the various organized crime rings in New York, as she's smart enough to realize she can't do it all herself.
Sarah also isn't quite as solely-focused on the Mob as she'd like to believe; she will listen to Robbie Turk on occasion (though he may have to beg to get her mind of of the Mob and her training), and despite her cold exterior she cares a very great deal about him (to the point of romantic affection actually, which she does not know he reciprocates and has reciprocated since childhood, just like Sarah herself), and is unwilling to see him put himself at risk. In addition to this, Sarah has a great deal of sympathy for handicapped people, especially those that cannot use their legs, and will fiercely and violently defend them, or anyone else who is unable to stand up for themselves, from anyone seeking to bully or take advantage of them; in this she shows that she does have the heart of a hero, she simply doesn't realize it yet.
Bio: Born in 2008 and growing up during World War III's timespan, Sarah Keller was formerly an intern at a New York news broadcasting station prior to becoming a costumed vigilante. When she was 18, Sarah ran a story on Italian Mafia racketeering, and as a result of this exposure, Sarah was captured by the Mob and both of her legs were broken. For the next few months, while she healed, Sarah became obsessed with her condition, as she despised the notion of being vulnerable and powerless, unable to move on her own... And she garnered an intense hatred for organized crime for having this happen to her. When Sarah's legs healed, she quit her intern job and spent the next five years training rigorously in parkour and mixed martial arts. By the time she was twenty-three, Sarah had decided to become a vigilante, and called herself "Black Dove". She has been working as a vigilante for the past year in New York, utilizing technology from a powerful corporation owned by a childhood friend in order to do her work.
As Black Dove, Sarah seeks to exact revenge on the Italian Mafia for what happened to her, as well as wipe out organized crime of all kinds in New York City, and in this she is aided by Robbie Turk, owner of Turk Technologies, Incorporated and who is a childhood friend of Sarah's.

Relevant Skills: Sarah has no superhuman abilities on her own, but she is an expert in le parkour, and has trained herself extensively in mixed martial arts. She's also skilled in the art of throwing shurikens and similar projectiles, and knows how to utilize stealth to her advantage.
Appearance Description/ Picture: Sarah is Caucasian, stands at 5'9" and weighs 147 pounds. She has shoulder-length brown hair and gray eyes, and her body has been honed to a level of physical fitness on par with that of the finest Olympic athletes through extensive, near-constant training and careful dieting.
