2. Seriously, don't ******** up.

3. If you have at some point ******** up, refer to rules 1 & 2.

4. No ******** God-modding. I will slap a b***h, and it will be with the banhammer.

5. Don't ******** curse all the goddamn time. It gets really ******** old, and s**t. Seriously, don't ******** do it. ********. No auto-hitting, meta-gaming, puppeteering, speed-leveling, or any other variant of these things. These things will not be tolerated.

7. Refer to "Leveling Up" for a detailed description of how to become more powerful.

8. To start out as anything other than Class V, you must take (and sufficiently pass) a literacy test that WILL be graded by myself and my VC's.

9. Don't kill off anyone's characters other than your own. If you want your character to die, just make sure it's PERFECTLY CLEAR that they're dead for good. And not coming back. No resurrections. No second chances.

10. Not everyone will be a mutant. Yes, I realize that the vast majority of you guys wants to be a superhero or villain. But we need Normals too, alright? And yes, you ARE allowed to be a badass Normal. To a certain degree, of course.
