After hearing a suggestion for a Gambino-themed role-play, I decided to open up a thread and give any players their chance to shine. I hope that you'll enjoy this engaging story of Gambino after his encounter at the Gaia 2nd Anniversary Ball!

1. Please keep Out of Character comments out of the thread if necessary. PM people with questions if you have any, or just use the tag (OOC) within the thread.
2. No excessive violence. Spats are okay, but no bloody warfest, okay?
3. No excessive swearing. There might be children present. (Or not.) So remember to be polite and keep it at a PG-13 level or so.

arrow Original Characters:
1. Provide an image. Help other characters to understand your OC better by first providing a drawing, scan, or avatar of what they should look like. Keep it on the small side to save on thread space. Also, if your current avatar is the look you want your OC to have, then you don't need to list anything.
2. Providing a profile is optional. To help things go smoothly, you can help other characters to understand your OC better by providing a short profile. But this is purely optional and to your discretion. If you feel it will help, then post a short profile before your first pose.
3. Feel free to jump right in! Unlike FCs that have to be apped before being allowed into the streamline RP, as an OC you can jump right in and start playing right away. Just remember to follow the rules like any other players here.

[OOC] Bulletin!
Riftwing suggested in a PM to me today that FCs like Gambino should be RPed on a rotation, so anyone who wants to can get a chance to play him or any of the other previously taken FCs.

Now the questions are:
- Should this apply to all of the FCs, or just Gambino and Gino?
- How long are players allowed to RP as their character?
- What should be done in the event that a replacement player is not found to play a FC like Gambino or Gino? (Worst-case scenario stuff.)

While returning home from the party, Amelia sighed dejectedly into a book that she had hastily bought earlier that day in Durem with some of her spare gold. It is a mysterious wonder that she had been invited to the Von Helson's party at all, given their high status and her... well... yeah.

She was just barely short of the gold she needed to for the beautiful blue dress that hung in the window of Edmund's store, and so she attended the party in her old private school uniform. Unluckily, this was just the fuel the Sisters needed to add to their fire, and so she was made fun by the two of them while encountering them in the mansion during the party. Peering up from her book, Amelia put her hand down into the pocket of her blazer and pulled out the two V-Pin pieces. She frowned discontentedly and thrust it just as quickly into her pocket.

There are no words to describe the cheapness of this trinket; or its former owner for that matter. Amelia laughed to herself at this thought.

But as she brought her eyes back down to her book, Amelia thought carefully about how the party ended. There was some kind of ruckus in the Ball Room, wasn't there? There were so many people crowded around, so she couldn't see it at all. At this point, her worries filtered in as she remembered all the shocked gasps and mutterings from those around her.

It was the Von Helson Sisters and... a familiar voice? I wonder why I can't remember who that sounded like. Amelia hums thoughtfully while walked absent-mindedly in the direction that Gambino took not some time before.

"There should be something on the news about it, maybe... Or maybe I'll end up running into someone who knows what happened."

Also, Idiot Toothbrush, if you don't post soon for your character or at least give a reason as to why you have been unavailable for role-play, I am going to have to put Gino up for grabs again by this coming Monday to be fair to other interested players.
