Oɴᴄᴇ Uᴘᴏɴ A Tɪᴍᴇ: • Faolan lived a normal life for most of her existence with the sole exceptions of her massive headaches and inability to eat most foods. When she was younger the doctors could find no reason for her pain and simply concluded that she was more prone to them than normal, as such she was often out of school and most of her education was taught by her parents Margaret and David Jaeger. When she turned 10 her parents learned about her powers during a camping trip. They often took her camping because early on they had found out that her headaches were less common and severe in the tranquility of the woods.
On this particular occasion, she sat bolt upright about an hour after the three of them had gone to bed and sat there looking around frightfully. When her mother asked what the matter was she told her that something was outside. Neither of her parents heard nor saw anything, but she kept insisting that something was out there and that they had to leave. By the time they finally agreed to take her to the main cabin where they had checked in she was practically in tears. The next day they found out that the people at the campsite to their left had been murdered in their sleep and their own tent had been slashed open with a knife. The man was caught and questioned by the police and news crews and, when asked by the news crew on live television why he’d killed those people, he said “I was planning on killing the girl and her parents between us, but they weren’t there when I got to their tent and I couldn’t wait for them to get back. I needed to kill somebody.”
After this ordeal, coupled with seeing a special about mutants, her parents began to piece the clues together. Her headaches, the fact that she couldn’t stand most foods and smells, and the fact that she always seemed to see or hear things they couldn’t. They knew she was a mutant, but rather than cure her they sought all of the information on mutants they could find. Eventually they helped her to dull her powers enough so she could pass herself off as normal. Sadly, at the age of 15, tragedy struck. While she had been good at keeping her powers a secret, it seemed someone with a trained eye or some other advantage over most people realized what she was. The OCM quickly came and took her away, forcing her family to silence so that she would not be harmed.
While at the OCM she met Alex, a fellow mutant captive, during a joint training exercise and he quickly became one of her greatest friends. She felt sorry for him after hearing his story and sharing her own. While her parents had been understanding and supportive, it seemed Alex’s had considered him a freak for his abilities. It had gotten to the point where he’d run away from home, only to eventually be taken here. It was a sad fate.
Unlike Alex who seemed oblivious to it and simply enjoyed the fact that the two of them began to have the same schedules (same lunch, same dinner, same training times) Faolan realized what the OCM was doing. They were promoting their friendship. After all, they would work better together if they were friends and legitimately cared for one another. The OCM was simply ensuring it got the best tools it could.
Uɴᴅᴇʀ Tʜɪs Mᴀsᴋ: • Faolan is a kind heart who dislikes fighting and tries to help those she can. She is very understanding when it comes to the emotional and physical pain of others, often putting it above her own in importance.
Her dislike of hurting others is sometimes at odds with her wish to help those she cares, as this can inevitably lead to having to fight for them. If this problem arises, she invariably sides with her friend, putting their wellbeing over her own moral pride.
Along with this, she loves to be outdoors and used to keep a little garden at her home in Boston.

Wʜᴀᴛ Mᴀᴋᴇs Mᴇ Sᴘᴇᴄɪᴀʟ: • Extremely agile and flexible. This isn't a mutant power and is well within human norms, but it is enough to traverse rooftops and trees with little problem.
Wʜᴀᴛ Mᴀᴋᴇs Mᴇ Dɪғғᴇʀᴇɴᴛ: • Heightened Senses: Her senses are comparable to that of an animal. (Wolf sense of smell and hearing, hawk sense of sight, and the night vision of a cat for example.) She can slightly dull them, but it takes concentration and even so they are more powerful than a normal human’s. Her sense of taste is always in a heightened state to the point where she can’t stand most food. (her sense of touch is that of a normal human.)
She is currently only able to dull her senses to a point still above the human norm, but more bearable. In stressful situations she can pull off dulling a single sense, but it is difficult and takes some time. Her sense of taste however cannot be dulled no matter how hard she tries. As such she is forced to eat bland foods since it is all she can stomach.
Her power works best in an area with little in the way of distractions for her senses and works worst in areas where there are lots of sounds or smells since she risks her senses being overloaded. The resulting migraine would essentially end her role in any fight or situation.

Both know she is with the OCM but are kept silent to keep her safe.
