Oɴᴄᴇ Uᴘᴏɴ A Tɪᴍᴇ: •
Ricochet was young when his powers were first realized. He didn't understand and feared he'd be teased for this ability. Because of this fear he hid his powers from his mother. At the start when his powers were unstable and would activate at the most unfortunate of times made hiding the powers nearly impossible. Try explaining silverware flying towards your son randomly while enjoying an evening meal. Yet somehow he was able to convince his mother that it was nothing or a freak accident. One day walking to school he discovered an abandoned warehouse. He had been gaining more control over his abilities each day by practicing with anything magnetic he could find in the house. Though the accidents still occurred they were not as intense and happened only when his emotions flared or went out of control. This new sense of control made him realize that he can sense any magnetic material near him. This new sense allowed him to avoid those unnecessary accidents and was also how he had come across the aforementioned warehouse. It was like a candy store for him for once inside was a literal treasure trove of metal objects of various sizes and weight for him to practice on.
Everyday after school he would go off into the old warehouses to practice. In no time he had gotten very good with his abilities. Excited he ran into the house to finally show his mother. He found her watching a special on mutants and she looked disgusted. The show was mentioning how some mutants could possibly be helpful to the world and that people who say they are evil are only ignorant and need to learn to be accepting. The words spoken on the television made him smile but that smile faded when he looked back at his mother.
He began with the lighter materials. Practicing with pulling them towards him. This act resulted in many scars as he wasn't able to stop some of the larger sharp objects that moved at him. He was able to pass these off as small accidents to his mother who believed him. Eventually he was able to master this simple ability of ricocheting the objects back. When his powers were finally under control (or so he thought) he decided it was time to tell his mother. Rushing inside, a nervous but happy smile on his face, he came to where his mother was watching the television.
"Mother There is something I need to tell you!" He would explain happily.
A finger held up stopped his speaking and he turned to see what had her so captivated. There was a news broadcast talking about the recent rise in the mutant population. Her face was one of disgust and this confused him. It was about a recent outbreak of rebellious teen mutants acting out various crimes using their abilities to their advantage. Surely though she would not think all were like that, would she? He opened his mouth to ask her again when she hissed at the television "monsters, that's what they are and I hope they all die!" she spat at the tv. This shocked in and in a blind rage he lashed out causing every metallic object to come flying at him. In the last second he reversed it and sent it all flying into her. Frightened he ran but was soon captured. This group of odd scientists brought him to their lab and began performing experiments on him. This went on for two years. When he turned seven he was awoken by a loud sound in the complex. The large metal door to his room busted open and their stood magneto. A mutant like himself who also shared the same views. He promised to join him and he has been their ever since. Of all his mutant students he is one of his best. Along with Anatoli, another mutant that Ricochet had made friends with when Magneto brought him back with him.
Uɴᴅᴇʀ Tʜɪs Mᴀsᴋ: •
Cold Much had happened in his life to make him distant from others. He doesn't like to let others in, even those he associates with. There is much pain and a fear of feeling that pain again that prevents him from opening up and this makes him come across as cold and harsh.
Vengeful He has a great love for those like himself, especially with family members who are hateful towards their kind. And so when something he cares for is damaged he will take no time in exacting revenge on the one responsible.
PassionateWhen he believes in something he does so with all his heart and will not waver in his conviction. When he speaks of his beliefs he can find himself emotional, especially on more sensitive topics. Nothing can change his views and it is this passionate side of his that makes him a valuable asset to Magneto. He believes in the work his leader is doing and will do anything in his power to see it through.

Wʜᴀᴛ Mᴀᴋᴇs Mᴇ Sᴘᴇᴄɪᴀʟ: • Wide shoulders and defined musculature. Is not bulked however. For the most part his looks give nothing away. The part that makes him odd is his hair and eyes both the metallic silver. He has no piercings as having any metal on his body that is not usable would be unwise. Underneath his shirt he wears quite a few scars, all old memories of his time in the warehouse teaching himself how to use his abilities.
Wʜᴀᴛ Mᴀᴋᴇs Mᴇ Dɪғғᴇʀᴇɴᴛ: •
Magnetism:The ability to attract or repel magnetic objects to him.
More specifically he can change the polarity in the metal object as well as himself. One of his more impressive abilities was the ability to utilize a metal disc and the earths natural magnetic pull to create a flying disk. It works in most cases but will lose its height when presented with magnetic disrupting situations. Due to this he uses it sparingly. He can also run up metal walls. If it is magnetic, he can control it.
pain killer He can use his magnetic ability to create a negative and positive pull that eliminates pain in an area for a short amount of time.

Gɪᴍᴍᴇ Gɪᴍᴍᴇ:• Being alone• Messing with humans (successful missions)• He does not share this but he likes to collect semi precious gems. His favorite being the ruby for its intense red tone. And this gives him a more approachable side to his personality that is if he'd let anyone in on it.• Meditation in his room. Peaceful for him. Death trap for others. (When he meditates he uses any metallic object available and they swirl around the room in a hidden magnetic orbit. He keeps metal on him at all times. Under his sleeves are blades in special holsters that he can eject when needed. He keeps other metallic objects, usually small and inconspicuous to use in a fight. Though more than never he uses what is around him. For example the flying disc is usually a storm drain or heavy metal trash can lid.
